If you're looking for a very professional yet personal experience, look no further. From the very first email to the last shot of the night, Avery Lynn Photography goes above and beyond to make you feel like your special event is her top priority. Jesse was absolutely wonderful to work with and she made sure we were 100% happy at all times during the entire process. Her work is absolutely stunning; our photos came out better then I could have ever imagined! Look no further - Avery Lynn Photography really is the best!!!
I can not express enough how wonderful and how easy Jesse was to work with through our wedding planning process. She was so accommodating with our busy schedules. Her response time is so quick and she was always accessible for any questions. She met with us prior to layout the plan for the day so we can have as much time celebrating. Our wedding was in Long Beach Island and she had no issues with traveling. The day of, she was everywhere yet you didn't know she was there! Her calm yet, fun energy made it so easy to gather everyone to get all the shots we wanted. Our photos came out absolutely incredible and we couldn't be happier!!! Every photo she took really captured how wonderful our special day was and I would recommend her and her team without a doubt. Thank you for everything, Jesse!
Jesse was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. She was fun, energetic and the finished product was very, very good! We could not have been happier to have her shoot our wedding!
I originally found out about Jesse through the recommendation of a friend. I booked an initial appointment to meet with her as well as with another photography company. Talking with my fiancé about which one we should book we weighed the pros and cons. The other company was cheaper but we felt so much more comfortable and confident with Jesse (and that is something money cannot buy). So we booked her and I haven’t looked back since.
Months before my wedding Jesse reached out to me and told me she was pregnant and may not be able to shoot it because it is around her due date. She informed me that her other shooters will take her place but she will still be the one editing all the photos. She also asked if I was okay with that and gave me the option to opt out due to an unusual circumstance (the fact that she even gave me the option shows her professionalism). I loved her editing skills and most importantly I trusted her so I trusted her team. The day of the wedding comes and I couldn’t be happier with the team she provided us with. They were so fun, friendly, professional, and really made me and everyone else feel so comfortable. My family and bridal party still continue to comment on how nice they all were and how well they worked with my other vendors. Jesse even surprised us at our venue to take a few portrait shots, which just knows how much love she has for photography and for her clients. When we received our photos I was speechless. I knew they would be amazing but I didn’t think they would be THIS amazing. There was a perfect mix of posed and candid shots and the photographers creativity is unmatched. Not to mention how quickly I received them after the wedding! Jesse and her team are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend her to everyone! She is extremely professional and organized and made me feel so much less stressed. I’m so glad I chose her to capture our wedding! Photographers are one of the most important wedding vendors and you will NOT regret choosing Jesse!

Jesse and team did a marvelous job!! Thank you for allowing us, friends and family be able to relive that day throughout the amazing moments you captured! We loved your love of picking out the best lighting to make pictures that much more amazing! Jesse was quick to respond and easy to communicate with prior and throughout the wedding! It was so so fun to work with her! We had our engagement photos and wedding photos done with Jesse and would not have wanted it done any other way!! We are so thrilled with the outcomes of all of our photos!!
From the moment we met Jesse, we knew she was the photographer for our wedding. She is friendly, funny and super accessible. She has reasonable prices for an amazing talent. She went the extra mile for our wedding, even though she was a new mom!!!! Jesse cares about recording your every moment... she’s not someone who times your day. She was there from the moment my make up started, until the grand exit with sparklers!!!! She made my husband and I feel comfortable and made sure we had a good amount of planned, editorial and candid photos. She is the reason why this day will never end. Thank you Jesse!!
Jesse way over exceeded all of expectations. Due to COVID, we had to cancel our planned larger wedding (& original photographer) and instead held a microwedding for 15 guests. Looking back, we could not have been more happy about this because we found and booked Jesse, who produced THE MOST beautiful wedding photos on our special day while making it seem effortless. She's super efficient, fast and just a pleasure to be around.
My husband and I do not like to be in front of the camera and she made taking photos actually fun! She also went above and beyond to find a breathtaking view for our sunset session. We are so grateful to her that she did this. She also recommended the BEST hair and makeup artist. We are obsessed with the photos as are all of our family and friends. She captured our intimate wedding just perfectly and we could not be more happy with the decision to hire Jesse. Just stop looking and hire her!!!

Jesse was the absolute best! She traveled to the Jersey Shore for our engagement photo shoot. It was such a fun, stress free, easy day that resulted in beautiful photos. Neither my husband or I consider ourselves very photogenic, but Jesse put us at ease and the best pictures we have of ourselves are from her.
We ended up having a nightmare of a wedding. Our original date was 3/28/2020, which we had to cancel but eloped with just witnesses on 3/22/2020. We postponed until November 2020, which we made the decision in late August 2020 to also cancel. There were a few things that we really felt like we missed out on by eloping - wearing my wedding dress, having all of our immediate family present, and having more than 15 pictures taken by my sister on her iPhone. We rescheduled to have a backyard wedding with just our immediate family in October and thankfully Jesse was available. Jesse was incredibly flexible throughout our entire wedding experience. She offered to come day of our elopement to photograph, however we planned our elopement with 90 minutes notice, it was the day the stay at home orders were being issued! We were so excited when she confirmed that she was available on our October date! On day of the wedding she was very health conscious, wearing a mask and keeping her distance when possible. She has such a talent for photography but also for magically appearing when you would want a photo, there was never a time that I would have to ask her to come take a picture, she was already there. Another big bonus of working with Jesse is that you do not hire her for a certain number of hours, you hire her for the day. It was so nice not to look at the clocking looking to get photos in within a specific amount of time, we took pictures before and after our wedding without any pressure or stress. We had this crazy idea to take pictures of me in my wedding gown (with a big ball skirt) and my husband in tux on our beach bikes and to actually ride them. Jesse could not have been more excited for this, even helping me tuck my skirt underneath me to make it work! They are some of my favorite pictures from the day! Our pictures turned out gorgeous, I have no idea how we’re going to narrow them down to make an album! I cannot recommend Jesse enough! We’re so grateful that we finally have professional photos of us celebrating our marriage and we’re so happy that we chose Jesse as our wedding photographer. Best wedding photographer hands down.

Jesse/Jaye Avery Photography was recommended to us through a family friend and we are SO lucky to have had her photograph our wedding day. She was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the planning process and offers reasonable pricing for AMAZING photography. Jesse becomes a friend the minute you meet her - she is energetic, kind, and efficient and captured our wedding day impeccably. She captured all of the important moments from our day so that no detail goes forgotten. She has incredible vision and not only made two of the most awkward people feel comfortable but also captured the scenic beauty of our wedding venue. We will cherish these photos for a lifetime!
If you haven't hired Jesse yet...DO IT NOW! I cannot say enough amazing things about Jesse "Jaye" of Jaye Avery Photography. We found Jesse after seeing engagement photos she took of our friends and immediately noticed how obviously natural and comfortable our friends looked...not to mention, beautiful! We KNEW we had to hire her for our own wedding.
Jesse did both our engagement photoshoot and wedding day and I mean it when I say, the pictures came out perfect. I was most worried about feeling uncomfortable having my photo taken in a staged setting and that fear completely disappeared once we started the shoot. She makes you feel SO comfortable right off the bat and it's very easy to get in the groove of natural, candid moments. I fell in love with the results. Jesse is extremely skilled in what she does - she captures images that exude the feeling that you have in that moment! She also edits them so well in a way that enhances the photograph but doesn't appear to be majorly altered or filtered. I feel SO grateful that we hired her and that we have the most amazing photos to last a lifetime. Lastly, Jesse is SO great to have around on your wedding day! You don't realize until the day arrives how integral your photographer will be in every single aspect of the wedding. Jesse was kind, funny, supportive and so professional. My bridesmaids were all so impressed that she made an effort to learn people's names and remember which couples were paired up. Overall, she was a fantastic addition to my wedding day and I could not recommend her enough! If she's available for your day, HIRE HER NOW!
