My name is Jesse, but my friends call me “Jaye” and, since we’ll be close as friends working together, you can call me that too. As the owner & principal photographer of Jaye Avery Photography. I love being able to share in the love of two individuals and feel blessed to get to work with such wonderful couples each day!
Based out of the New York City area, I’ve been shooting weddings for the past decade. (crazy how time flies when you're having fun!) And much to my family’s dismay, there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t have my camera. Receiving my first 35mm camera as a child, you can say I was raised to be behind the lens. In 2011, I fell in love with wedding photography planning my own happily-ever-after and have never looked back. It has been a long journey with ups, downs and all the bumps in-between but I couldn’t be more thankful to where this road has led.
