A balmy London evening in 2017 brought them together, their glasses raised at a wine‑tasting arranged by a mutual Armenian friend. Laughter turned into late‑night talks, and when the world slowed during the pandemic, their friendship settled into something deeper—something unmistakably tender.

Together they mapped nearly 50 countries, sharing dawns on mountaintops and midnights on unfamiliar streets, until Tigran knew the greatest journey left was the one they’d walk side by side for life. “As we were heading back to Dubrovnik harbor, we stopped in the most perfect spot that had the best sunset and city view, he went down on one knee and popped the question,” Lilit reminisces.

About Your Wedding

For Lilit and Tigran, both successful professionals—she in consulting and he in finance—their wedding vision was clear: gather all their closest people in one magical location and create multiple events to ensure quality time with everyone. "We had ~100 guests, only very close family and friends, and had 4 days of celebrations," explains Lilit.

The festivities began with a romantic photoshoot, followed by an intimate family rehearsal dinner for 20 people on day one. Day two featured a welcome sunset cocktail reception for everyone, day three held the main wedding ceremony and reception, and day four concluded with a detox brunch by the beach.

After 16 months of meticulous planning, every detail of their wedding weekend reflected their personal style. The couple utilized five different areas within their venue, guiding guests through a journey of discovery as the celebrations unfolded. "We paid a lot of attention to décor to make sure everything represents us, there were lots of customised details," Tigran emphasizes.

Morning Details

The couple took a modern approach to their wedding stationery, opting for digital invitations and a wedding website designed collaboratively by Lilit and her maid of honor. "We had over 20 custom-designed stationery," Lilit shares.

Their wedding rings embodied their preference for timeless elegance—minimalistic, classic designs that would never go out of style.
"After trying on a few options, it was quite easy to decide what to go for," says Tigran.

For Lilit's jewelry, less was more. "The first dress was such a statement piece that I only wore small diamond earrings and two diamond rings," she explains.

Bride Getting Ready

Lilit's bridal wardrobe was nothing short of spectacular, featuring five stunning dresses for different moments of the celebration. Each dress represented a different facet of her personality and the cultural elements important to their celebration.

The getting-ready moments took place at Bell Reco, surrounded by her maid of honor and two bridesmaids, who wore gorgeous gowns designed by Armenian designer Margonie.

For her main ceremony look, Lilit paired her Yolancris dress with a matching veil and Manolo Blahnik shoes. Her second outfit was complemented by Jimmy Choo footwear, while her third look featured statement shoes by Amina Muaddi. Her bouquet was equally remarkable—an asymmetric arrangement of special roses created by Barcelona florist ByMusho.

Groom Getting Ready

Tigran prepared for his big day surrounded by his groomsmen at Bell Reco. For his attire, he selected an impeccably tailored tuxedo from Suit Supply.

Ceremony

The ceremony unfolded in one of Bell Reco's most breathtaking spots,where nature itself seemed to hold its breath in anticipation. With the stunning landscape as their backdrop, Lilit walked down the aisle to the song "You Are the Reason," a moment she holds as one of the most emotional of her life.

Breaking with tradition, the couple chose the groom's nephews as their flower boys—the only children invited to the wedding. Rather than the usual ring bearer, they added another personal touch to the ceremony, making it all the more unique. But it was the heartfelt speeches from their parents, Lilit's brother, and the exchange of their personal vows that truly stole the show, filling the air with love, warmth, and unforgettable memories.

After exchanging their "I dos," the newlyweds wandered through the stunning grounds of Bell Reco, capturing their love in the tranquil corners of the venue. The variety of locations allowed them to create a rich collection of portraits, each one reflecting a different facet of their love story, all while staying close to the magic of their celebration.

Wedding Venue & Decor

The color palette exuded timeless elegance, with soft whites and beige blending effortlessly with lush greens, creating a sophisticated yet natural ambiance. Mirrors, transparent elements, and metallic accents in silver and gold added depth and reflected light, giving the space an air of effortless glamour. "We had chandeliers outside and over 800 candles," Lilit recalls. As the evening descended, the venue was bathed in a warm, golden glow, creating a truly magical atmosphere.

The couple's journey to Bell Reco was one of careful consideration. "We did a comprehensive research of all the venues in Spain, and traveled there 3-4 times to visit the shortlisted venues," Tigran shares. Every detail of the decor was infused with personal touches, each one a testament to their shared experiences and the unique story they had built together.

The reception was nothing short of spectacular, unfolding across multiple enchanting areas of Bell Reco. DcA true highlight of the celebration was Lilit's surprise traditional Armenian dance, a heartfelt tribute to her heritage that captivated everyone, especially Tigran. For their first dance as husband and wife, they chose the song "Hero," moving together in perfect harmony as their guests looked on, filled with joy and emotion.

As the night went on, surprises continued to unfold, keeping guests engaged and excited, just as the couple had envisioned. There were no dull moments—only laughter, connection, and the warmth of love. Their wedding in Barcelona became more than just a day; it was a fully immersive experience that captured the essence of who they are—adventurous, thoughtful, meticulous, and deeply rooted in both their heritage and their shared vision for the future.
