We booked Amanda for one-month coordination for our wedding in Paris, and truthfully, I originally thought I had everything handled on my own… boy, was I wrong ????
The moment Amanda stepped in, my entire stress level changed. She immediately organized everything, filled in gaps I didn’t even realize existed, communicated with vendors, managed timelines, and truly took so much mental load off of us. As someone who is extremely type A and likes control over every detail, that is not easy to do — but she genuinely allowed me to relax and actually enjoy the wedding weekend and be present in the moment.
What impressed me most was how seamlessly she worked with every single vendor. Everyone operated like one cohesive team, and I truly believe that comes from Amanda’s professionalism, communication, and relationships she builds with people. You could feel that everyone trusted and respected her, which made the entire experience run so smoothly.
She also has such a bright, calming energy throughout the day. No matter what came up, she always found an efficient solution and still tried her best to make every little wish or vision happen. What made things extra special was how much she remembered the small details — things I liked, moments I cared about, little preferences I had mentioned in passing — and she incorporated them naturally throughout the day.
Our wedding weekend exceeded what we imagined, and so much of that is thanks to Amanda. If you are debating hiring a planner or coordinator, especially for a destination wedding, do it. She was one of the best investments we made.

Best decision I ever made!! I was completely lost on where to even start with my wedding planning, until I met Amanda. She was completely organized, thorough and made me feel at ease. I asked her a million questions and she was always there to answer and support me with what I wanted for our wedding. From the big picture down to the minor details, nothing was missed. Not only was I impressed but so were all of my guests. She made my dream wedding at the St. Regis in NYC a reality and I can't thank her enough!
