We are really glad that we chose you to do our only daughter’s wedding. The venue was all that we imagined it might actually be that cold barren day in November when we first visited with you. The ceremony was beautiful and John’s participation carries so much meaning for us. Your staff is very good, read that as very, very good. The food was delicious. The room looked magical. And all of the outside participants fit right in and did wonderful work.

She was a pleasure to work with as we collaborated in designing our ceremony and party. Nisa’s taste, skills, attention to detail, and personality make her a great wedding planner and caterer. Though we live from 300 miles away from the venue, in northern Virginia, we had frequent discussions throughout the planning and were always comfortable with how the arrangements were proceeding. She had great recommendations for local vendors and did wonderful job coordinating them in our absence. Whenever we gather as a family, food is always an important concern and we were blown away by Nisa’s cooking! The culmination was a wonderful evening under the September full moon, which we will remember fondly for the rest of our lives.

Nisa regularly reminded us of tasks that still needed to be done and deadlines that needed to be met. She was friendly, helpful, and always made herself available to us. On the day of the wedding, she was prepared to jump in to problem-solve any hiccups that came about. Her staff was very friendly and professional and our guests were extremely pleased with the overall experience. 10/10 would choose Nisa again for my next wedding!

What set Nisa apart and made us appreciate her as much more than just our wedding planner was her personal and social efforts to work with us as a couple rather than just a “client.” She not only asked questions, she actively listened to our thoughts and then incorporated them into her suggestions and decisions. She came to understand what we value in each other as partners, and she helped us to realize how that could be represented genuinely in our wedding.

Nisa was wonderful to work with. She provided all the information we needed and kept us on track. My daughter was in medical school in Boston and insanely busy so we all communicated via phone conferencing when she needed to make decisions. My husband and I took my daughter’s wishes and worked closely with Nisa and found her extremely professional and calming. Nisa is a joy and made the whole process easy and fun.

Thank you so much for everything! You’ve been an immense help with the details and planning for the past almost two years — I know we were far from a typical wedding and we would not have stayed sane/on track without your guidance and patience. I think I speak for all in saying the wedding was pretty perfect (thank you for also clearly coordinating the weather) all around... Sending all our best during what I’m sure is a crazy fall wedding season.
