I can understand the previous comments about the new space. I think they just moved and are trying to outfit it and figure it out, but it didn't bother me at all. I don't typically leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so because of my great experience. I made a bridal appointment and it was confirmed via email. I had a meeting with Gabrielle at the salon and she took such great care of myself and my two guests at the appointment. She encouraged us to look at any of the gowns we liked and let me try on anything I liked. She did not rush or even hint that there was a time limit on the appointment and was so fun and really cared about finding a dress I loved. I found my dress and am so excited to wear it on my wedding day!

We had excellent service provided by Gabrielle. Reem came from her office to meet us and offer advice, she couldn’t have been nicer! From an exceptional selection, my daughter found the perfect stunning dress for her wedding. A month later I texted a follow-up question to Gabrielle, and was pleasantly surprised to receive a satisfactory response the very same day. Overall positive experience.

We found a Reem Acra gown ( Open Your Heart) at a trunk show at a bridal salon in NYC but since the atelier is right in NY we decided to make an appointment and order it there. Gabrielle was very professional and helpful while selecting my daughter’s stunning gown . We even met the designer herself who helped with the veil selection . Unfortunately, my daughter’s wedding was postponed twice due to the pandemic. I had to pick up her gown and store it at home until it was time for alterations. We went to the new atelier space on 5th Ave for alterations.It is very private and you are given incredible one on one time . No rush or time limit . Jennifer was wonderful and the seamstress Kiki is extremely talented and pays close attention to every detail . The gown was expertly tailored and was absolutely perfect . My daughter was an absolutely gorgeous bride in her unique, stunning Reem Acra gown. Everyone is still talking about how incredible her gown was! Thank you Reem Acra and staff !

If you want a beautiful, eye pleasing bridal salon and trendy bridal gown then visiting Reem Acra for a bridal gown is not for you. If you want a bridal gown that is made from the most beautiful fabrics, classic but just enough of current designs, visiting the Reem Acra showroom is for you. No complaints at all with their selection, service, etc. First daughter wore a Reem Acra bridal gown purchased at 501 5th Avenue 2 years ago, and now second daughter ( after shopping at numerous nyc bridal salons) is also walking down the aisle in a Reem.
