Amanda’s Errands and Events will take care of all of your needs! Amanda is creative, organized and compassionate. She will work with you to make sure every detail is accounted for so your day is relaxing and seamless. Her attention to the needs of everyone and her caring nature put everyone involved with the event at ease!

Amanda was excellent! It was so nice to be able to enjoy our wedding ceremony without worrying about the logistics. She coordinated the parking, photography, guest arrival, etc. and we were able to just take in the special experience without any hassle. Amanda is very down to earth and just a positive energy to be around so we felt supported and at ease throughout. Highly recommended and so glad we chose Amanda's Errands and Events!

The definition of perfection and professionalism. This is the best way I could describe how AMAZING Amanda and her team were for our wedding. We were supposed to get married on a cruise but, due to covid just months before our wedding the cruise company canceled. Amanda came in and helped us plan the wedding of our dreams when we thought all hope was lost. She helped us review every contract, gave us invitation templates, attended almost all meetings with us, came up with questions for the vendors and so much more. With the nature of covid we had over 2 dozen cancellations within a week before our wedding. Amanda's kind and comforting spirit helped us cope with the situation. She also helped us rearrange seating charts and was helping fix place cards up until the night before the wedding. Amanda and her team went above and beyond on the day of our wedding. Our wedding was beautiful beyond our dreams thanks to the amazing job Amanda and her team did setting up all of the décor. Also, one of her assistants was with us outside the entire duration of photos despite it being 3 degrees! Working with Amanda did not feel like work at all! She made wedding planning feel so easy and so much less stressful. Hiring Amanda's Errands and Events was the best decision we ever made and will be the best decision you ever make when you hire her for your wedding.

Amanda and her team were amazing to work with for my wedding. She is super responsive and detail oriented. She is also well prepared and was able to make everything run smoothly. It was the best day thanks to her!

We worked with Amanda and her team for an awesome vineyard wedding in New York. We can't say enough legendary things about her! She's organized, on-the-ball, super personable and genuinely kind! We'll definitely be recommending her for any of our couples in need of a wedding planner!!!! Just perfect!!!!

Hi There! I’ve been in the hospitality industry since I was 17! I started my first job at David’s Bridal, moved into hostessing, then waitressing, and eventually bartending at a local restaurant. After graduating from Siena College with a Bachelors degree in marketing in 2012, I dove head first into opening my own business. What started out as more of an errand running company, quickly turned into setting up and organizing events, which lead me into the wedding industry. The idea of being able to be apart of a huge milestone in ones life is truly amazing! Quality customer service and exceeding our clients expectations are at the top of our values. On my days off you can catch me at home with my boyfriend and our cute fur babies, Cali, Cooper, and Crew!! xo Amanda
