When I'm not behind the lens living out my dreams and passion, you can find me working as a vet tech, figure skating, and snuggling ALL of the pugs!

I'm the kind of gal that walks into a nail salon, and when they offer you champagne while you're having your pedicure, that is a heck yes from me! Life is too short to not enjoy and love every minute to the best of our ability.

Abby is an amazing talent. I strongly suggest her as a portrait photographer, family photographer, animal photographer and event photographer. She has a warm and welcoming energy that makes those being photographed so comfortable. She is able to capture pure happiness. Her talent of working with natural light is evident in all of her photos. I guarantee you will receive breathtaking shots every time.
I had a wonderful time getting my senior pictures taken with Abby! We instantly had a connection when we realized how similar we are to each other during the shoot. The photos turned out amazing and she is just so great to be around. I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer.
I don’t know where to start...Abby Luvera is not only a perfectionist at what she does, but amazing at making what could be a very stressful and exhausting experience a complete adventure full of creativity and laughs. We chose Abby based on her portfolio and good old fashion word of mouth. We couldn’t believe how many people we knew had used Abby for so many different events. We chose Abby for our daughter’s senior photos. Not only did she listen to every idea my daughter had, but completely unleashed her creativity and made sure my daughter had a ball doing it! She spent three hours making sure that every shot was fun and perfect. My daughter wanted a unique location to her, and Abby delivered. She recommended a few different spots in the city of Utica with it’s beautiful architecture and history. I don’t know who had more fun running around, Abby or my daughter. Not only was the whole experience wonderful, as a family of 5, it was affordable and we were able to get all of the photos. We highly recommend Luvera Photography if you are looking for a young and fresh photographer for any event that is a perfectionist and will stop at nothing to get the great shots surrounded by fun!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Abby to capture reveal photos for our first pregnancy. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. She was professional, personable, patient, and had so much positive energy! One of our biggest obstacles was trying to align all our schedules and even had to scratch a few ideas when we first started planning, but she remained flexible and responsive. Being a curvy woman always leaves me feeling a bit apprehensive of being photographed but she truly made me feel beautiful, helped both of us feel confident throughout the entire shoot, and even made it look like a breeze to photograph our crazy doggo. I was brought to tears when we saw our completed gallery! I would absolutely recommend Abby to anyone looking for quality work that they will be proud of. ❤

We had the pleasure of having Abby take our pictures in November. It was a dark drizzly day and you wouldn’t even know it looking at the pictures because she captures such beauty in her work. Our daughters absolutely adored her and connected with her immediately. Abby is an amazing photographer and we are so happy with all of our pictures!
Our experience with Abby from Luvera Photography was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Unfortunately we had to change the date of our shoot a couple of times due to uncooperative weather. Abby was always wonderful about finding a new date that would work well for us, and always made it a point to let us know that her goal was for us to have a beautiful shoot, no matter the weather.
For our shoot, we brought our pups along. Though they are well behaved, they were very excited that day and Abby was SO patient and great with working with them (and us)!
I have never had professional photos taken before, and I was worried that I'd end up not loving the photos that were taken. I shouldn't have been concerned- Abby was able to get amazing shots that captured my boyfriend's personality as well as my own. Abby has given us the gift of photos that we will treasure forever and I can't wait for our next experience with her! From start to finish Abby was professional and kind.
