We absolutely LOVE working with Katie Ruther! Not only is her photography absolutely stunning but she is such a joy to be around and is comfortable working with many different people and settings. As I am not always comfortable in front of the camera, she guided my husband and I and made me feel extremely comfortable. During the first look at our wedding, Katie set us up perfectly and then stepped back, captured the moment perfectly and I didn't even notice she was there. She sent us sneak peak photos very quickly after our shoots with her. We are so whole-heartedly grateful to Katie for her presence and incredible talent! We would highly recommend Katie Ruther Photography.

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin?
Katie is one of the most remarkable people I've had the pleasure of meeting. She not only helped us create such fun memories during the engagement session, but she captured our wedding so perfectly (although our wedding was just about 2 weeks ago, so we've only received a few teaser photos haha, but they're amazing!). She worked her butt off at our wedding; she even climbed into some bushes just to snap the perfect shot of my new husband and I (seriously)! She's professional, fun, and wildly talented.
Everyone at our wedding completely adored her and she felt like more of our family than a vendor. Actually, to be honest, she's genuinely become our friend during this whole wedding process, so it's not even fair to refer to her as a "vendor", because she's so much more than that. We love Katie, her photographic artwork, and the friendship we now have with her.
I will ALWAYS recommend her to everyone I know who decides to tie the knot. So so glad she came into our lives and helped us capture such a special and monumental day. We look forward to the next big life event that comes our way so she can capture it for us once again... until then, we can't wait to grab some coffee with our new friend sometime soon. Book Katie; you'll never regret it.

Working with Katie was the easiest decision of my whole wedding! She understood taking the creative inspiration my husband and I wanted and executed it flawlessly.
