Blue Ivy provided "Day of" coordination for my New Years Eve wedding. After planning our wedding for about 6 months and working with a not so responsive coordinator at our venue, my husband and I were feeling really overwhelmed. We decided to seek out some help, which led us to Veronica fr om Blue Ivy. Veronica is no novice to the wedding planning business which was evident from our first meeting. She is incredibly organized and "on the ball" regarding just about everything that you do and don't think of for your wedding. She helped us organize our timeline for the day so that everything went smoothly, and helped see our vision for an elegant New Years Eve themed wedding come to light.  Communication with Veronica was always prompt; she is extremely responsive at all hours of the day. Lindsay was our day of coordinator and ran our rehearsal dinner. It was honestly a blessing having Blue Ivy there. They took care of all the day of details including decorations, handing out tips, and even helped us deal with a difficult family member during the rehearsal. There was no confusion about wh ere people needed to be, what time vendors were supposed to show up, etc. Instead of being a frazzled, crazed bride running around trying to make sure everything was in place, dealing with all our vendors and setting up all of our personal touches, I was relaxing in my bridal suite with my girlfriends and family listening to music and getting ready. My phone didn't ring once as everything was directed to Blue Ivy. My wedding day was a stress free dream, and for that Blue Ivy was worth every penny.

Veronica of Blue Ivy is like no one you have ever met before. She is not only professional, organized and reliable, but she creates events like no one else! Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious and she can make any dream come into fruition. There are no limits for what Blue Ivy can do! I have attended several Blue Ivy events and every time my high expectations were surpassed. I was blown away by the attention to detail, creativity involved and the quality of overall event. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with the way our wedding turned out.  We would not have been able to enjoy our special day without her!   She not only made our wedding day enjoyable for us but also possible for our family and bridal party to just sit back, relax and enjoy it with us.  She was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. She is just so professional, organized, in control and smart.  She is patient, listens and always knows what to do.  Two weeks before the wedding, I was completely wedding out, but she was constantly keeping me on task.  Initially, I thought I was well organized and had everything covered but boy I was wrong.   Her experience and suggestions definitely come handy.  Veronica enhanced our wedding theme and made our wedding more than we've ever dreamed off without blowing the budget.  The ideas really made our wedding more beautiful from the table settings to cocktail reception.  Our vendors praised how smoothly everything went and that it was an easy wedding.  Just give Veronica a call and hopefully, she's available on your wedding day.  She's worth every penny.  She's a true professional in every sense, the definition and model of going above and beyond for her clients.

Veronica planned both my wedding and a good friend's wedding, and I can tell you that they were both memorable events.  My wife and I decided on a 90 person destination wedding in late December (Puerto Rico).  She was great in whipping into shape businesses with a very laid back culture, and we were lucky enough to have a bilingual planner on our side.  A few highlights:
* We found a restaurant that was perfect for us, but not a party venue.  With her persuasiveness, we were able to secure the restaurant and have a 5 course tasting meal for our guests with open bar at a reasonable price!
* She led us to the best photographer, florist and DJ on the island.
* We also had an emergency 8 days before the wedding: we lost the location for the ceremony (not the party).  We identified a backup venue that was even better than the original and at the same price.  Veronica was excellent in putting those pieces together.

If you're looking for a strong advocate with a great sense of style, Blue Ivy is the one for you.  Thanks Veronica!

My Dad's 90th birthday had been coming up for a while, obviously, but it took me until less than a month beforehand to be able to get a date on which I knew most of the family could make it.  Trying to plan the Boston-based party by myself from NY literally had me in tears until I found Veronica Alexandra at Blue Ivy Events.   Veronica is a bundle of energy and was able to help me create the theme surprise party of my dreams while still keeping prices as low as possible.  Her ideas complimented mine, she called in her connections all over the city, and we managed to pull off an amazing event that everyone who attended will always remember....and that my still vital 90 year old Dad will be able to tell stories about for the rest of his life.  As the whole thing unfolded at a record pace, Veronica literally became part of the family.  I can't recommend her - or Blue Ivy - enough.

Veronica helped me with my destination wedding this year.  The wedding was outside of the country and needed periodic coordination.  She helped me find a great  team at very reasonable prices.  Throughout the process, she kept me updated of the progress and was flexible with changes of my plans.  She's accessible and realistic with the budget.  I would hire her again for future events.

Veronica is the dream wedding planner. We were on a relatively tight budget and thanks to Veronica's experience, we could not have been more thrilled with how our wedding turned out. She has such an awesome, energetic personality, and is also very efficient with working with vendors--every vendor Veronica helped to arrange was excellent. She is incredibly organized, thorough, and always quick to reply. She exceeded my expectations in every detail and towards the end, I had so much trust for her that it made the day of the wedding virtually stress free and allowed me to focus on celebrating with my husband, family and friends. Veronica also substantially contributed to the design of the wedding, which was so gorgeous and beyond what I had visualized, and she helped our personalities to shine! She is seriously the most comprehensive planner and THE BEST.

I had the great fortune of working with Veronica for a few years, and as such was able to attend a few corporate events that she planned.  There are really no words to describe the inventiveness, creativity, and 'wow' factor that each and every event Veronica plans entails.  Whether it was a holiday party or a summer outing, each event was packed with activities, visually stunning decor, and great fun.  I can not recommend Blue Ivy enough to anyone who wants their events to not only be fun, but be unique experiences that attendees will never forget!
