My now husband and I planned to elope to Las Vegas from the UK and came across Beth's work online. I decide to contact her via email and we had a back and forth about dates, length of time needed and discussed what we would like to do on our wedding day. Beth and I then liaised via whatsapp which was handy for sending across images I had seen and would like to recreate. The deposit was paid to secure the date. I set up a pinterest board and gave access to Beth so I could continue to share ideas. Beth was beyond helpful in helping me find a florist (incredible) and sorting out a make up-and hair artist. I am so grateful to her for making the whole day feel so seamless. On the wedding day, Beth met my husband and I at the chapel with her lovely assistant. We took some photos before the ceremony and had fun getting in the mood. I didnt even notice Beth taking photos whilst we were getting married, but the photos show she captured the most special moment in a beautiful and candid way. We left the chapel and took photos around downtown vegas, some other fun and quirky locations she had scouted out for us before the day and even managed to make it in to the desert for some breathtaking photos with the sunsetting in the background.

My partner and I were nervous about taking engagement (and wedding) photos and were having a hard time getting rid of the nerves. Beth made us feel right at home. She was hilarious and full of energy. We quickly forgot that she was taking photos as we were laughing and having a great time. I really loved that she sat down with us and asked about our preferences and wishes. She tailored the experienced, and made it all about us. Both my wife and I told her what our vision was, and when we got our photos, we were shocked at how amazing they were. Better that we would have envisioned. She was also SUPER fast! She smiled as she said that her favorite part was editing and couldn't wait to go home and see the magic. She had our photos ready the next day!! I've never had a photographer do this. Although there was no need, she told us that we could request for different tones on a portrait if we wanted to. Again, she made sure that everything was about US and the experience was so great. Beth was amazing to work with! She listened to what we were looking for out of the experience and truly made the photo shoot so much fun! She was super helpful with posing and willing to literally climb hills, rocks, and mountains with us! She delivered a sneak peak of our engagement photos so quickly after our shoot and we are so excited to see the rest of them! Highly recommend Beth & Velvet Alchemy Photography!
We felt so comfortable with Beth from the moment we met her. She was there for all of our photography needs, including the engagement pictures. We had never had professional pictures done, but Beth made us laugh and relax. Her willingness to adapt to our requests left us forever grateful.
I was extremely picky finding a photographer because I knew exactly what style I wanted. Beth went above and beyond anything I could imagine, her candid style is absolutely amazing. Capturing moments I wasn’t able to see made me relive my wedding all over again!

Let me just start off with how wonderfull of a person Beth is and such a great photographer! It was not just a photo shoot it was a creative expression of the love we share and she captured every moment of it. Beth makes you feel comfortable and beautiful! The pictures are breathtaking and invoke deep emotions of happiness each time we view them and for that I couldn’t be happier. Thank you again, Beth.

Our wedding weekend was an amazing memory, and we have so much thanks to give Beth for being able to beautifully capture our special moments throughout the day. From the very beginning we had multiple phone discussions and consults to come up with a vision and plan for the big day. She was very helpful in determining what was important to capture and what to expect throughout the day. For example, she advised us to have a light meal before the ceremony so that when it came time to take our photos, we wouldn’t be so hangry and rush through the photography session! Haha. Anyway she was very professional, punctual, and she knew how to direct (and redirect) me and my wedding party, which was essential to not waste time! She was so determined to shoot all the content I asked her to capture. She got everything I wanted and more. She has such a good vision for photography, we are so happy with the quality and services she provided for us. We now have beautiful memories to be cherished forever.
I couldn’t have picked a better photographer than Beth! She takes the time to actually know you and have a friendship with you prior to the wedding. She made sure to keep contact throughout the planning and also making herself available if I needed anything! You can honestly not go wrong with Beth!!
Miss Beth was impecable. She was such a doll and SUPER fun to work with. She’s great to work with and is great at posing and ideas! Our engagement photos turned out stunning and I’m so happy to have chosen her to capture these beautiful moments.
