Alexx was recommended to me and my fiancé by a high school friend of mine and we couldn’t be more thrilled with her work!! She took our California beach engagement photos for us and she captured our love so perfectly!!! Alexx is super easy going, personable, and overall just a kind soul. Her passion for photography and videography shows in her work but also in her attitude while on a shoot. She is constantly smiling behind the camera and makes taking photos (something that’s stressful for most) fun and relaxing. We are in LOVE with our engagement photos and will be using her album as our guest book for our wedding in 2022. I highly recommend Alexx. You will have a blast taking photos with her, and you’ll leave with a friend! Best of both worlds!! I really didn’t know what to expect when I decided to hire Alexx as the photographer for the surprise proposal for my girlfriend, but Alexx continuously exceeded every single expectation with her levels of professionalism, communication, and relatability. I am from Maryland and I proposed to my girlfriend in California and I previously flew out and met with Alexx to scout out a place to propose to my girlfriend at Point Dume. She was very helpful and she was always willing to text or call or anything to discuss any questions that I had! She was very knowledgeable and she did an incredible job with both the capturing of the surprise proposal as well as the edits of the photos. The pictures turned out amazing and she got those to me and my girlfriend in a very timely fashion. She was also fun for us to do our engagement photoshoot with. I would highly recommend Alexx for anyone wanting to hire someone for any kind of photography. Alexx Causley was reasonably priced and the value and expertise for the money is so worth it. We would definitely be willing to hire her in the future!

We found Alexx on Instagram and loved her photos and style right away! She did our engagement photos first and we loved them so much that we polaroid printed a bunch and used them as decorations on the reception table. She made everything so easy and personable, really got to know us, what we wanted in photos, and took a lot of time planning out the timeline which was above and beyond amazing. She even met us at the venue beforehand because I was worried about picture spots! Day-of was so stress free with photography because Alexx made it so smooth and is so friendly, fun, and nice to work with. We got sneak peeks a few days after and the whole gallery in a little less than a month which was great timing. She’s so responsive and so helpful the entire process, even after in helping create an album. Absolutely worth the investment, which is extremely reasonable!!! Alexx also did a highlight video for us and being able to relive some of the day not just through pictures is so fun, without having an entirely separate videographer to handle too. We could not recommend Alexx more—our photos and video are the best quality, more amazing than we hoped for, and absolutely priceless to us!

Alexx is an absolute dream to work with!! Her communication is stellar, even before booking. Our engagement shoot was so comfortable and fun from the start, we were (and still are) obsessed with those pics. But best of all is how organized she is! I was super stressed the last couple weeks before the wedding (obviously) and her timeline/schedule marked out to the minute gave me so much piece of mind knowing that we’d get all the photos we wanted. And while we absolutely love all of our formal shots (they’re absolutely incredible), we were ecstatic with our candid stuff! The photos from cocktail hour and the reception genuinely captured everything we could have hoped for ❤️ Alexx is fun and so sweet and we could not have chosen a better photographer. We adore Alexx and her work and now I’m looking for any excuse to book her again .

Alexx was absolutely perfect!! She made everything so easy. Her communication was perfect and always told us what was happening, even asked us questions that we weren't even thinking about to make sure our day was perfect and she was covering everything for us to remember our big day forever! My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results we got from Alexx. The pictures blew our minds away! She captured the love we have for each other so perfectly. We definitely aren't the most comfortable couple in front of the camera, but she made it feel so easy and look natural. We absolutely loved the pictures and working with Alexx.

Without hesitation, we knew we wanted to hire Alexx for our wedding after we saw the magic she created from our engagement shoot. My husband and I did not have to worry about a thing. From the engagement shoot all the way up to the day of our wedding, she went over and beyond to make the whole process a breeze. Working with her kind, gentle, and calm spirit was not only a breath of fresh air during the wedding planning stress but the cherry on top to her genuine intention behind the camera. We trusted her with our big day and she did not disappoint! I don't know how she did it but I tear up every time I look at the photos!! Time truly took a pause in those precious moments and I’m forever grateful that they were captured. Can’t wait to print them out and plaster them all over my walls. If you’re looking for someone who’s going to beautifully capture the love that is shared between you and your partner that you’ll want to look back on for years to come, Alexx is your girl.

Alexx was such a fun, supportive, and professional aspect of our wedding day! As a photographer, she completely delivered, I mean the photos are INCREDIBLE!! As an honorary wedding guest, she fit right in with our small family wedding and was so easy going and flexible with our schedule! We couldn’t have been happier with the photos, but even more we feel like we had the most genuine addition to our wedding day!

The photos Alexx captured for our engagement session were stunning! We were so impressed by the variety of the backgrounds and poses she created. She really goes above and beyond to deliver your vision. Not being from around the area, she selected location options based off of our preferences. Also, My fiancé and I do not particularly enjoy being in front of a camera, but Alexx made us feel comfortable and relaxed about the process the moment we met. She delivers the material in a very timely manner and the gallery is easy to navigate with download options for social media, online, and physical prints. She also sent a thoughtful photo surprise in the mail after our session with her! A pleasure working with her from the initial inquiry, the planning process, the shoot, and after the shoot details as well! We highly recommend working with Alexx!
