I wasn’t sure if I needed an organizer to help with throwing my 50th birthday party, but I’m so glad I took advantage of Leilani’s services. From the first meeting, my planner, Alexis, took so many burdens off my hands. Her organizational skills let me focus on the parts of the celebration that interested me and outsource the parts that didn’t. Alexis created a look book for the event, sourced vendors who were a good match for what I wanted, and handled all scheduling. I especially loved that she took on the duty of letting people know if they didn’t get the job, saving me that awkward phone call.  In the end, my party was far more elegant than I could have imagined on my own, and I was free to simply enjoy the day and be present. I highly recommend Leilani!

Danielle was an absolutely pleasure to work with! She is a true visionary, who designed and executed our entire retreat-style wedding in Costa Rica while staying true to our low-waste values. She made the magic happen. I could fully relax and be present throughout our entire wedding weekend, because I knew Danielle had everything more than covered. I wouldn't change a thing, and when I look back at pictures, I still can't believe that was OUR wedding. Thank you, Danielle, for designing and executing a wedding beyond our wildest dreams. It is still the highlight of our lives so far and you helped make that happen. Couldn't recommend the Leilani crew enough!

I previously completed a 3 month internship at Leilani Weddings. Working with Danielle was thrilling, fast paced and fun! I learned a lot on how to conduct vendor research, professionally communicate with potential vendors and all about the work that goes into styled shoots, weddings and baby showers. She was always available to answer any questions and help with whatever I needed done. Her assistant, Alaina, is also pretty amazing! If you decide to book an event with Leilani Weddings, even if you do not get Danielle as your coordinator, her team is hard working and dedicated to make your dream event come to life. I got the chance to work with Taylor O. and Charlotte. They are extremely professional and pay attention to all of the fine details in making an event perfect for their client. My experience with Leilani Weddings has been amazing! After receiving the opportunity of getting to learn so much from their internship program - which I highly recommend this internship if you are interested in the wedding planning world! Through my 3 months I learned so much about this industry by working at a few events, having weekly meetings to stay in tuned with what was going on with the company, and learning so much about social media and the concepts behind it. I worked closely with Danielle and Alaina who went above and beyond on involving us in learning the behind the scenes of this exciting industry and what takes place to really make people’s dreams come true and all the hard work that comes with it. We had the pleasure of working with Sara and the Leilani Weddings team for our wedding day. Sara helped us take care of all the last minute details leading up in the final days before our wedding, and even helped me think of things I hadn't thought of to include. Day-of, Sara was there every step of the way ensuring that everything ran smoothly, that all our vendors were on the same page, and most importantly, making sure our big day was exactly how we envisioned it. Sara was professional and had such an amazing, can-do attitude - we knew we could count on her for anything. I'm sure there were a few things that didn't go as planned on the big day, but we didn't even know it because Sara handled everything so well. Would absolutely recommend working with this team!

Let’s face it, Covid wedding planning wasn’t very fun. There was a lot of uncertainty and postponing. However, every time I talked to Taylor O, my planner at Leilani Weddings, I felt excited again. She was the perfect fit for me and made me feel productive and kept me on track! I knew fr om the moment I met Danielle, the owner of Leilani Weddings, that I would be in good hands. She is such a warm, bright soul who nailed our style in our lookbook. Then Taylor became my lead planner and my saving grace. I am the most indecisive, not very design oriented engineer but with a strong opinion and she navigated it so well and never made me feel bad about it! I bought A LOT of decor for my wedding at Temecula Creek Inn and while I knew wh ere I wanted some of it placed I put full trust in Taylor for the design and decor and she killed it. I don’t know what kind of magic her and Danielle and their assistants have but everything was stunning and the best part was my family and I got to enjoy the morning and not have to worry about doing any decorating. It was a huge weight off my shoulders and my loved ones! She even helps box everything up at the end of the night to make cleanup go way faster so we could continue the party. Honestly Taylor was my wedding fairy godmother and I wouldn’t have had the most perfect, beautiful day without her.

Danielle reached out to me the night before my wedding. I planned absolutely everything myself and really didn't think I needed a planner for the day of the wedding. That night we were able to plan every minute of my wedding day. What a relief! I was oblivious of how hectic it would be if I didn't have Leilani Wedding's extraordinary team. Danielle connected me to Pamela, who was a God send. Pamela was one step ahead of everything that needed to be done, from getting people seated to even the officiant paperwork. Having her present took a load off of my back and my day was stress free in regards to the flow of the wedding. I'm so very grateful and I highly recommend Leilani Weddings and her team for any event you may have.

I had 80 people at the W loft in BK. Don’t hesitate and please book Pamela in NYC. She truly goes ABOVE and BEYOND. Every other event planning vendor I reached out to had terrible communication and took so long to respond to my inquiries. Pamela reached out to me and made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of since day one. My wedding shower was amazing and Pamela made sure my vision came to life. Unfortunately, it rained so bad that day but she did what she had to do and I am so thankful for her. Pamela allowed me to be stress free on such a special day. Danielle was also amazing and you can tell she really cares about who her team works with. Thank you ladies!
