Perfect wedding photographers. We threw a lot their way with very vague guidelines and they captured everything. They also dealt with a downpour of rain and a power outage, but were troopers the whole time. High quality, good pricing, easy to work with, would totally recommend 10/10!
Apollo Fields was recommended to my fiancé and I from our engagement shoot location. I cannot even put into words how impressed my fiancé and I were with Heather. She really listened to what we were looking for, took in our inspiration pictures, and contributed her own ideas. We wanted a mix of black and white photos with colored photos, detail shots, and an overall elegant, organic feel. Heather exceeded our expectations and she was a pleasure to work with. She even sent us all of our pictures back within a week, notwithstanding she just had a baby a few days prior. She is amazing, one of one. I 1000% recommend her!!
Heather was amazing to work with for an early morning engagement shoot in NYC! My fiance and I are doing a destination wedding later next year, but in the meantime we wanted a few pictures where we met and fell in love- I am so happy I found Heather! She graciously squeezed us into her busy schedule and turned around the gallery of photos so quickly. My fiance is not a fan of photos, and we ended up shooting with her on a very cold morning to beat the city crowds, but she was able to capture so many incredible moments that were not overly "cheesy". I could not recommend her services more!
Apollo fields was an absolute dream to work with. They captured each moment beautifully, helped make the day run smoothly, and put us at ease. Rather than focusing on cheesy or typical wedding poses, they somehow find a way to photograph genuine moments that you’ll cherish forever. Not only is their work exquisite, but Heather and Terrence are the most genuine, thoughtful people. Without a doubt, they made our wedding day special.
We had the best experience with Heather - she made us feel so comfortable, like we were just having a fun afternoon together vs a photoshoot. The photos came out absolutely INCREDIBLY - they look like paintings! We can't recommend Apollo Fields enough!
Deciding to hire a professional photographer can be a nerve wrecking experience, especially for family photos because most times it’s so expensive and you don’t know what you are in for until you have made the commitment and it’s too late. Fortunately, I’m sooo glad and happy that we found Heather as she was my cousin-in-law’s wedding photographer. She totally blew me away at the wedding with her down to earth but oh so kind and cheerful energy. I remember leaving thinking I hope to be able to have her take our photos one day and I’m so so happy we did!! Her prices are super reasonable and most importantly her photos are so beautiful. The color of her photos are my absolute favorite - natural light and warm.
We were in New York to visit my in laws and Heather was so kind to fit us into her super busy schedule even though she was already in the late third trimester of pregnancy. Talk about doing it all!! Amazing amazing!! She was so so sweet to my toddler and it was so easy chatting with her while walking around finding pretty spots to take our family pictures. Heather has a super interesting background and I’m just so in awe with all of her achievements and what she will continue doing being a mother and photographer. Heather and Terrence are kind, warm, easy going, accommodating, and go above and beyond for their clients, treating them like their closest friends. Heather's photography skills are beyond expectations - she captures moments so beautifully, in the best light, and with the perfect eye. We have used Apollo Fields for engagement, wedding, and maternity photos and hope to continue to work with them for years to come to capture our family's most special moments.
Working with Apollo Fields was fantastic. Heather brought a positive and calming energy to our wedding day and worked absolute magic with the images she captured, even when challenged by wind, lighting or other elements. Cannot express how happy we were with our experience and how beautiful our photos turned out!
Heather was a phenomenal photographer, and my wife and I couldn't be happier with our wedding photos. Her photos truly captured the beauty of our event--our happiness, the gorgeous venue, the intimate group of important people who attended, the details, and the overall energy. Also, Heather herself has really great energy and was fun and easy to work with, even while being really efficient in keeping certain things moving to ensure that we got the best shots possible. My wife and I have already recommended her to a friend for his kid's wedding, and I'm sure that'll be the first of many recommendations.
