-First and perhaps most importantly, Heather and Terrence are the nicest, friendliest people. If you are a wall, they could still talk to you and make you feel comfortable. They have a very relaxed vibe and treat all of their clients as friends.
-No cheesy poses. They are very authentic and their work reflects that.
-They are beyond flexible with their scheduling ability (which we got first hand experience with after postponing our wedding along with many others due to the pandemic). They are also very responsive to any emails/ texts/ calls.
-Transparent pricing on their website (no awkward $ conversations)
-Their photography portal is extremely user-friendly. You can download your photos in one click and can order prints just as easily. You can also provide this link to family / friends to do the same.
-No watermarks on their photos
-The wedding album included in their packages is absolutely gorgeous. Definitely not your standard album.
