I am thankful that at a young age, what started as a natural curiosity turned into a career that I truly enjoy. I have found my niche in documentary and editorial style wedding photography because of the way it produces meaningful and honest imagery that gets better over time. The two styles may seem like opposites but they compliment each other perfectly on a wedding day. I live in Southern California with my sweet husband Matt and when not working, we can be found enjoying the latest fun restaurant or finding a pretty trail to walk.

Our outdoor wedding could not have been captured better than Farrah. She was a blast to work with and made the whole experience comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. Every special moment was captured but she was so fluid in her work you sometimes didn’t even notice her snapping away! Highly recommend.
Farrah was amazing! She captured our reception & we couldn't be happier with the photos (she does film too!!). Her calm, yet excitable spirit was perfect to get our families together for pictures & keep it fun. 12/10 recommend!
Farrah was the wedding photographer of our dreams! The entire family is still raving about her. The photos are everything we asked for and more. She is so enjoyable to be around and made us feel completely at ease. Farrah was also out-of-site during intimate moments like our first look and ceremony. She also offered 35mm photos which were some of our favorites. We had family that unfortunately could not attend the wedding and the photos helped them feel like they were in the room - every moment truly captured beautifully. We highly recommend Farrah Power.
I could not be happier that we chose Farrah as our photographer! She is not only the KINDEST person you will ever meet, but she helped keep my now-husband & I (who are not the most comfortable in front of the camera) calm & relaxed all day. You've spent the money, you've invited the guests, you've worked a second job planning your wedding that you are certainly not be compensated for. Why do you do it? For love, yes. For memories, yes. But you sure as hell deserve some of the most glamorous photos you will ever see in your entire life.
So do yourself a favor and hire Farrah -- traditional and 35mm film, trust me. I loved my wedding (oh and my new husband, oops) but when I received our photos back it was like I was instantly back to that insane, runner's high (not that I actually know) kind of euphoria that I had that day. She perfectly captured our personalities, the people we love most, and she made me feel more glamorous than I have ever felt in my life. Farrah's unique talent is her ability to balance the need for traditional portraits that your grandmother will expect and the in-the-moment documentary style shots that truly reflect the best memories of your life.

I am *so* happy that we got the chance to shoot with her before she moved to California from Georgia! From the initial conversations we had about what the overall goal/vibe we were aiming for to actually seeing what the end product looked like- Farrah was so thoughtful, professional, and TALENTED at what she does. She was so sweet and made us feel super comfortable throughout the whole shoot. We will cherish our engagement photos with her forever and I cannot recommend her enough!!

I highly recommend Farrah Power photography! Farrah was our engagement and wedding photographer. We were so in love with all of our photos as were our family and friends! We could not believe all of the timeless, small, and special moments she was able to capture. Farrah's photography style was exactly what we were looking for, and we were blown away!

We throughly enjoyed having Farrah shoot our elopement in Joshua Tree National Park. She did an incredible job creating photographs that we will cherish for our lifetime. I'd highly recommend her to anyone. Even my family said at dinner how much they enjoyed having her around. She's extremely kind, easy going, creative, and skilled photographer. I'm so grateful that she took our elopement photos and that we got to spend most of the day with her.
Farrah is not only the most talented photographer (digital and film) but she goes beyond classic engagement/wedding photos. She’s really captures personality. She made me and my fiancé feel so comfortable to be ourselves. The final photos brought me to tears. She managed to capture an entire love story in one photo shot after shot.
So so so happy we chose Farrah to photograph our wedding! Not only did she take gorgeous pictures, but she was also super responsive whenever we had questions leading up to the big day. Thank you Farrah for capturing everything so beautifully!
