For more than 40 years, the Crest Hollow Country Club has set the standard for fine catering on Long Island. Family owned and operated, the Crest Hollow Country Club was founded by the late Tita and Joseph Monti, who shared a passion for the hospitality business--and for giving back to the community. The Crest Hollow is now led by their son, Richard Monti, whose catering career began at age nine "working the line" alongside his father, uncles and extended family in the kitchen of the Monti's Town and Country in Hempstead. Now, more than four decades later, Richard continues his family's tradition of delivering fine cuisine and superior service as President of the Crest Hollow Country Club at Woodbury. He remains committed to the industry's highest hospitality standards and expects the same level of commitment, service and compassion from each of his employees.
