Easily the best decision we made when planning our wedding was hiring Tracy and her amazing team to create the wedding of our dreams. I mean that with all sincerity. We wanted to work with Tracy from the moment we were engaged. It was an absolute no brainer. Tracy had worked with my husband's sister on the most amazing wedding years prior and we literally could not have chosen better.

The planning process was incredibly seamless. Tracy and team communicated efficiently and often. Given the timelines and guides she sent us early on, I was never stressing about deadlines. I had family ask often if I was worried or if I needed anything and my reply was always "Nope! Tracy's got it."

We had a general idea of what we wanted our wedding to feel like and the TTWD team was able to take our vague ideas and run with it. I swear when they presented us the designs they came up with I could not have come up with a more perfect embodiment of what we wanted, despite not even being able to articulate it. And we did this all remotely, since we lived on the other side of the country from the venue. Never did that feel like a problem though, they kept us informed at every step.

On the actual day, the literal best day of my life, Tracy and team were there with all warmth and kindness, making us feel like family and so comfortable with everything. I was never stressed about the timeline or things looking and feeling amazing. I 100% cried seeing it all put together. The fall fairytale wedding I could never have imagined came to life before my eyes and I will be forever grateful to Tracy and everyone at TTWD for not only making our wedding day more magical than I could imagine, but doing so while making us feel so comfortable and letting us have fun with it.

I cannot impress upon anyone reading this review enough, you need to work with Tracy. Professional, kind, brilliant, and fun, Tracy and all of her team at TTWD are the best. A special note that Kelsey and Emilie who guided us through the entire process were equally as amazing. I'm actually sad the wedding is over because I want an excuse to spend more time with them! If you want to enjoy planning as much as the day, do yourself a favor and work with TTWD.

Working with Tracy and Emilie was a dream come true! They made the whole process stress free and fun! They were always available to answer questions and were always super supportive. They created the most magnificent wedding. They worked with all of the vendors and made sure each detail was not missed. They are super organized and will not let you down! They are a must to work with in the event world!!! They are now our friends and we feel super grateful to have Tracy and Emilie in our lives :)

Tracy, and her team,  pulled off the most magical of weddings! TWICE!!! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect!  Her amazing touch and eye for design made the evening so spectacular..in the future, I can't imagine doing any sort of event without her...It was such a comfort knowing that her team had taken care of every little detail...we were able to relax and enjoy the celebrations!

If it was possible to give TTWD 10 stars, I would do so.  We started working with Tracy Taylor in April 2019 with the planning of our daughter’s NYC wedding which was scheduled in June 2020.  Unfortunately, the pandemic had other plans.  After two postponements, we were finally able to have our celebration in November 2021.  Tracy worked with us closely at every step of the way in  what was a long and difficult path.  She worked with us on renegotiating myriad contracts and we were able to keep everything together until the final date.

The wedding itself was simply amazing.  Not one detail was overlooked and the execution of the event was nothing short of flawless.  Tracy and her staff were always available at any time leading up to the big day and made sure that everything went precisely according to plan.  In addition to planning the wedding, Tracy provided all of the floral arrangements for the affair.  They could not have been more beautiful.  Her creativity is so impressive.  As with the planning itself, attention was paid to every detail.  The venue could not have been more beautiful.

I never expected our engagement with TTWD to last two and a half years, but it did and Tracy never lost interest in us along the way.  Both of my children are now married, but if I had more children getting married, I would not hesitate to use TTWD again.  It goes without saying that I would not hesitate to recommend Tracy and her team to anyone else.  She is the best!

Working with Tracy and her team on my wedding was the most wonderful experience and best decision!!! Tracy's impeccably elegant taste and well-structured planning timeline allowed me, my husband and my parents to truly enjoy the process stress-free. I look back on our engagement with so much joy, and wedding day was more amazing than I ever dreamed. Emilie managed the event logistics seamlessly (which is not easy on a rainy day in NYC!) and kept me to time without ever making me feel rushed (also not easy as I am chronically late). 4+ months later, I still have guests telling me it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they've ever attended. Beyond grateful for TTWD and just wish we could do it all over again!!

TTWD made the wedding of my dreams come to life -- and so much more! The best part? I fully trusted Trace and her team; and barely had to lift a finger when it came to floral, design, lighting, etc. because she does it all in-house. Somehow when I asked her to produce a "Whimsical Garden meets Great Gatsby" Wedding, she nailed it!

Tracy is very organized and has amazing one-of-a-kind systems in place that help with the planning process. From detailed checklists to timelines and worksheets, TTWD collects information and organizes it in a way that truly eased the daunting planning process.

I always enjoyed our wedding calls leading up to the wedding. They were such a great way to go over our "to dos" and chat through ideas. I opted for her Signature Package and loved having her full team assist every step of the way. TTWD takes on a limited number of projects so they are set up so you truly feel like a VIP client and that no detail is overlooked.

The TTWD team was one of the best wedding related decisions I made (after asking my wife to marry me, of course!). The entire team is extremely user-friendly and make the journey of planning a wedding exciting and fun. They are extremely experienced, so it really takes the stress out of things the inevitably pop up during the planning process, as they have seen it all before and know how to quickly make great decisions to address any problems, provide guidance, etc. Not only did they do an amazing job with all of the decor, design, flow (which was very important to my wife), but they made the day so seamless and joyful (which was most important to me). I strongly recommend anyone planning a wedding to use the TTWD team - it was the best investment I made during my engagement and paid off many times over. Thank you TTWD for perfectly executing on our wedding day!!!

If I can give one piece of advice to any newly engaged couple… team TTWD is the most amazing gift you can give yourselves !! We interviewed many planners before speaking with Tracy. Within five minutes I knew we found the most amazing team. From the moment we started our journey with Tracy and her team, the entire process was a JOY. Our wedding planning experience was stress free - allowing myself and my fiancé to enjoy every second of our engagement. Through Tracy’s detailed questionnaire and amazing design process, she was able to take everything we love - from our favorite movies to the details of our love story and incorporate it in to a vision that simply blew us away. The reveal left us speechless. Our wedding exceeded all of our expectations and blew every single one of our guests away. We only wish we could relive it again and again. They handled every detail leading up to the day and on the day of - giving us time to celebrate with our friends and family, with no added stress or worry. The team exceeded our dreams in every way possible and to top it all off, Tracy and Emilie will forever be two of our favorite people. We will always be grateful for Tracy and the TTWD team. They gave us the wedding of our dreams !!
