I grew up in a home that was full of intention. We lived a simple lifestyle and we loved hard. I carried this into my professional life right outside of college when I first picked up a camera. Soon after connecting with my clientes and capturing their stories, I knew this is what I was made to do on this Earth. In 2020 I made the jump to make this my full time job and stay home with our daughter, Kesslie. The fire and passion I have behind this business is indescribable and I get excited thinking about all of the stories I'm going to document in this lifetime.

Kenzie is awesome!! She’s done multiple sessions for us (engagement, maternity, and our wedding) and has been my husbands friend from college. She’s the sweetest person I’ve ever met and is so creative with her work. Her pictures turn out beautiful, I can’t say good enough things about her!

Makenzie. Is. Amazing. We found her by chance after she did a family member’s wedding a few months before we got engaged and I feel SO lucky that we did! Not only is the end result of her work AMAZING, but she is SO sweet and accommodating- exactly the kind of person you want to spend time with on one of the biggest days of your life. We just got our engagement pictures back and they are incredible- I am SO EXCITED for her to capture our wedding in November.
I’m so excited to work with Makenzie! Being honest Makenzie was not my first choice (only because I hadn’t heard of her) but when my first choice needed to cancel Makenzie came highly recommended! My first photographer knew how important it was to me to have raw, emotional, candid photos. I did not want your traditional posed shots. Makenzie did not disappoint. Not only did she provide beautiful photos but an enjoyable experience too. She was so easy to work with and knew exactly what she was doing. Makenzie is unbelievably talented and the sweetest person ever! My fiancé and I had SO much fun shooting with her. She gave us direction for every shot and they turned out GORGEOUS. She is so genuine and made us feel very comfortable. We have so many different poses, shots and scenery’s to choose from. She’s also a total trooper for walking through fields and uphill being 8 MONTHS PREGNANT. Not only a great person and photographer but she’ll be an amazing mom as well! I cannot wait to work with her again. Thank you so much!!!
Not even sure where to start! As soon as Preston and I got engaged, Makenzie was one of the first people I reached out to because I knew I wanted her to be the one to capture all the wonderful moments of our wedding day. She was very flexible in scheduling our engagement session. Makenzie made me and Preston feel at ease and she just jumped right in and definitely made the most of our time together. She was so down to earth and it was apparent that she genuinely cares about what she does. Not to mention a GREAT photography coach. She had an extremely quick turnaround and the photos were far better than I had ever imagined! She is a pro at capturing all the right moments.
