I cannot give Jen enough praise for the job she did on our wedding. Without her there’s no way we could have pulled off the beautiful wedding we had. We had many issues working with our venue and venue personnel, and Jen bridged that gap and  completely handled every aspect of the planning. The venue we chose gave us very little support in planning, so having our own wedding planner in Jen was crucial.

We booked her a year before our wedding date and she was with us through every step of planning. She helped us with the venue, all vendors, timelines, invitations and the list goes on. We had regular zoom calls with her throughout the year and made the whole process stress free. Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful for some, including myself and my wife. However, every time we got off a zoom call with Jen the stress went away. She has a calming personality and she just makes you feel like everything is going to be okay. She really took the burden of planning off of our shoulders, but also worked with us and listened to how we envisioned our day.

My wife and I are not huge planners, so hiring Jen was the best thing we did for planning our wedding. Throughout the year Jen was easily reachable at any time. Its amazing how many little things can pop up when planning a wedding, and Jen was always one call away to assist with whatever it may be. Jen has a team supporting her and they were all present on our wedding day to help (they are also all fantastic people!). I cannot emphasize how amazing Jen and her team made the venue look. It was exactly how my wife and I envisioned it to look. Everything from the ceremony area, cocktail hour area and dinner/reception area looked incredible and unique to how we wanted it.

Not only was Jen a fantastic wedding planner, she is a fantastic person. My wife and I agreed that she felt like our friend at the wedding! We got along with her so well and our guests were raving about her. Having a wedding planner that we were super comfortable with was important to us, as my wife and I are not people who always love to be the center of attention. Jen worked with us in creating a ceremony and reception that made us feel totally comfortable. We were so so happy with how our special day went and we could not stop talking about how important it was for us to have Jen on our team. We truly believe that we could not have made it as special for us and our guests without the help of Jen. If you are looking to hire a wedding planner I cannot stress how amazing Jen is!

Jennifer and her team worked with us to plan and execute our daughter's wedding on 9/3/2022.  Jennifer did a fabulous job taking the bride and groom's vision and making it a reality.  The wedding was beautiful and the bride and groom were very pleased.  In addition, on the day of the wedding, Jennifer and her team were the first ones to arrive and the last ones to leave.  They took care of every detail of the set up, the ceremony and reception timing, clean up and managed all of the vendors. We did not have to worry about any of the details the day of the wedding and were able to really enjoy the day!  The wedding exceeded all of our expectations.  I highly recommend JCE for a beautiful, well-executed event.

After the search for various planners, my friend and I found Jen and her team on instagram. At this point, I was super stressed out about finding someone who was the perfect fit for me (I was ghosted by about five previous wedding planners/ did interviews with some, and none matched our vibe). We spoke on the phone for our first "meeting" and I knew that SHE was IT! It was like talking to a friend, immediately she relieved my stress and made me feel secure in my decision. She is professional, calm and she really got to know Harry and I as people including our dream for our special day.
I would highly recommend working with Jen! She made the process fun! She is patient and extremely organized! She was my backbone during the whole planning process! Her team went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect! Aesthetically, I saw my Pinterest board come to life! It was unbelievable how her team transformed the space and made a beautiful location even better! Jen and her team are extremely talented, fun, well organized, and 100% on YOUR team! I would highly recommend their services! They are incredible people and know what they are doing. They will make your wedding day go absolutely seamlessly.

I would recommend Jennifer Cheifetz Events to anyone a million times over - as the Maid of Honor in a wedding, the idea of executing perfection for the Bride was something weighing heavily on me as we approached the day of. Come time for the wedding, I didn’t have to lift a finger unless I was enjoying some champagne because the JCE team was just THAT amazing. The team has a way of seamlessly working together to bring dreams to life. 1000000/5 stars.

I am the groom’s father, my son and his new wife put together the entire wedding and hired Jen Cheifetz.  From the rehearsal the day before until the end of the wedding at 1:00 in the morning on the second day Jen was there directing traffic. I asked my daughter-in-law if she had a great time at her wedding and I received a resounding Yes!  Jen is cool, calm and tenacious!  If and when an issue arises Jen and her team are on it until it is rectified. The other quality Jen possesses is that she is a truly good person and can mediate problems between vendors, venue owners and the bride/groom.  The wedding we had included 220 guests, outdoor ceremony, cocktails/hors d'oeuvres, a sit down dinner and a band that played for 3½ hours.  This was no small affair, Jen and her team were there beginning to end.  We had a few small issues and Jen took care of each of them.  No need to call anybody else.  If you need an event coordinator look no further.  Thanks Jen you are awesome!!
