Hannah did our engagement photos and wedding photos and I cant brag enough on how amazing she is to work with. She has a great eye and seemed to catch all the right shots... We LOVED LOVED LOVED working with her, she was worth every penny we spent. We were trying to find a photographer and I thought to just look on IG and loved what I saw. Once I met with her I knew she was the one, sooooo happy we picked her, her work is amazing. My biggest thing was, I just wanted to see myself get married and when you get pulled in so many directions on your wedding day and you miss so much. Its so nice to get to see the pictures of your big day. We spend so much time putting this day together and then stressing on all the little details. Well she captured all of this for us and we couldn't be more grateful to get to have the memories from this day. I highly recommend her, you wont be disappointed. Even my guest commented on how great she was.. Hannah Rocks!!!

Where do I even begin... Hannah was such a pleasure to work with. My Fiancé and I went into our engagement shoot with Hannah feeling uncomfortable being “intimate” in front of another person and a camera. Immediately those feelings went away! Hannah has such a calming energy. The photos she took truly told OUR story and captured our relationship perfectly. Hannah is extremely talented, it was a blessing to work with her. Hannah’s professionalism, talent and grace is unparalleled! She is an amazing person and photographer. Her work is art. I was elated knowing I could trust her vision and skills going into our special day. It was extremely important having a vendor that I was completely confident she was going to deliver. When I posted the sneak peaks THE DAY AFTER THE WEDDING... quite the WOW moment... my friends and family were stunned. I have had the pleasure of knowing Hannah for a long while and have seen her photos evolve over the years. I knew that the day I became engaged, that I had to have her capture all the special moments that would follow. Hannah is an incredible woman who has such a talent for capturing the heart and soul of each couple in her photos. My fiancé and I have had multiple sessions with her, and each time we are blown away by the product. My fiancé and I could not feel more grateful to have had our engagements taken by Hannah. We never planned on taking engagement pictures, fearing it would be awkward or cheesy. However, we decided to go for it, since it was included in Hannah's package, and we are SO happy we did! Not only was the experience amazing, but our pictures are better than we could have ever imagined. Hannah is so insanely talented and EVERYONE should hire her to be their wedding photographer! Hannah is the sweetest most considerate photographer I’ve ever met! She was originally recommended to me by a friend whose beautiful maternity photos were shot by Hannah. Hannah shot both our engagement and wedding photos, and they looked absolutely amazing!!! She captures natural lights, and turns photos (especially sneak peeks) around very quickly! She is very easy to work with, will confirm to make sure there aren't other places or photos you want to take / capture for either your engagement or wedding day. She is also open to suggestions if you want to see your photos edited more or less. I recommend Hannah if you are looking for a photographer to capture your big day! Hannah was amazing to work with, she shot both our engagement shoot (at Berkeley Botanical Garden) and our wedding in a similar outdoor venue. She was so pleasant to work with, helped us get into photo-worthy poses with ease and charm and all around really got to know and capture our personalities in her photos. Hannah also went the extra mile to shoot our small Covid-friendly wedding - and was incredibly flexible and professional in accomodating us. We received both sets of photos quickly and absolutely love them! We would work with her again in a heartbeat.

My fiance and I had our engagement photos taken by Hannah. Coming from two people who had absolutely no idea what to do, what to wear, or even how to pose when it comes down to the photoshoot itself, Hannah had the answer for every question we had. Hannah even provided a very informative guide written by herself detailing tips and tricks regarding style and apparel for both his and her which was very helpful. When working with Hannah, she was super friendly, personable, and very passionate about her work. Her personality and demeanor makes you feel very comfortable and immediately at ease. Hannah is very welcoming, delightful, and made the entire experience both effortlessly and enjoyable for my fiance and I. Hannah is able to capture the breathtaking yet surreal moments of that instance and the final results were stunningly beautiful photographs that my fiance and I will cherish for the rest of our lives. Hannah was more than such a pleasure to work with. You can easily look at Hannah's portfolio and see that she not only takes amazing photographs, but that she also takes pride in her work. As I was searching for our wedding photographer I INSTANTLY fell in love with Hannah’s style and how she captures the fun, loving, and romantic sides of her couples. Hannah is an amazing photographer! From her patented visual style to her masterful use of natural lighting, she is a true talent. When you select a photographer for important moments in your life, you want someone who will go above and beyond. Hannah exemplified this when the fires in California closed down our original photoshoot location. She quickly found an alternative location that provided a variety of options for backdrops. During the photoshoot, she did a great job putting my fiancé and I in the right positions to get the optimal poses. The photos came out fantastic! I highly recommend Hannah for your engagement or wedding photos.

Hannah is not only an amazing photographer but also an amazing human being! We took our engagement photos and wedding postponement photos with Hannah and had great experiences with both. Hannah makes you feel comfortable and natural- no cheesy staged photos! Not to mention, the photos turned out beautifully. On top of her amazing photos, Hannah was so incredibly supportive when we were making the decision to postpone our wedding due to Covid. Hannah shot our mini-mony in October 2020! After postponing our large wedding due to COVID, we impromptu decided to make it legal regardless. We stumbled on her when looking for elopement photographers. Her work is AMAZING and our pictures reflect that. She captured all the intimate and fun moments of our day. We changed our plans a couple times and she was supportive the whole way through. Hannah is kind, effective, professional and FUN! Thank you so much for making our special day even more special, we would recommend Hannah to all of our friends and family.

I found Hannah via Zola, and I struck gold. Just ask for what you want! I have never been married before and honestly didn't know what kind of pictures would be interesting. I did know that I wanted to hire a professional photographer so everyone else could enjoy the moment. I've seen some sneak peaks, and I'm very happy with what I'm seeing. The plan was a wedding ceremony of less than 10, but we ended up with 14 at the end. We just wanted a ceremony and a toast. No big after party, no formal diner, just simplicity. It worked great! Hannah and I started with a simple email exchange. We then had a detailed phone conversation that I felt was extremely successful in conveying my fears, concerns, and goals for pictures (as I had them). Hannah was able to give me ideas, asked if I wanted some "other" types of pictures, and we worked out all the big details. She was very responsive to all my questions, was able to come a little earlier to event as planned, and did a lot more! Make sure to have someone explain who all the guests are to the photographer -- was the best piece of advice. My (now) husband's side has divorced parents, a half sister, and things get complicated. I asked Hannah for pictures with everyone and to take some with separate individuals to ensure everyone gets what they want. We also have the advantage that someone would tell people how to stand, where to look, when to smile, and all that photography stuff. My best advice is to ask the question, ask if the photographer can suggest anything better, and listen to for advice. Make it fun, make it your own, and speak with Hannah about your event.

I can't say enough amazing things about Hannah! From our engagement photos, to navigating planning our wedding during COVID, she was incredible to work with. She is professional, optimistic, warm, kind, and funny... not to mention her photos are amazing! Working with Hannah on our wedding day was a dream. Obviously she is incredibly talented as a photographer, but I think what sets her apart from others is her ability to make her clients feel like friends. She was there to remind me us to eat snacks, to help fix our trains & dresses and to make us laugh. I highly recommend Hannah---I would hire her over and over again if I could!

I cannot imagine anyone else capturing our day. Hannah was the first vendor we booked, just a few weeks after we got engaged and she was calm and comforting in what felt like an incredibly chaotic time. Her suggestions for what might look best in terms of scenery and attire were so helpful, and her full bridal guide is a godsend for everything from day-of schedule, to reminders to have a snack, to logical reasons for a first look (we were definitely on the fence for this one), among a thousand other tidbits I might have overlooked. We first met in person at our engagement photos, and though we were incredibly awkward at first, Hannah truly put us at ease and gave us a perfect amount of direction and freedom to just be ourselves to leave feeling excited at the prospect of taking more pictures at our wedding, and with some amazing engagement photos. When the pandemic forced us to totally change our plans twice, Hannah was so kind and willing to talk through whatever we needed (photography related or not) and was the very first vendor to confirm that she was available for our new dates. When the day finally arrived at our new, unfamiliar-to-Hannah venue of my mom's backyard, Hannah brought that excited, but calm, confident air with her once again. Our bridal party and family couldn't stop talking about how wonderful Hannah was, and when the sneaks came in the next day, we were all floored by how beautiful she made us all look! And now, with our full wedding album, I am still in awe of her work--and speed. Her work with lighting in particular is just gorgeous. I can't wait to continue working with her as our family grows and couldn't recommend Hannah more. As my friends get engaged, she's the first vendor I'm suggesting.

The only way that I can think to begin is that I cannot recommend Hannah enough! From the very beginning, Hannah has been so kind, thoughtful, positive, calm, and knowledgeable about her craft. We met with Hannah a few months before the pandemic began and immediately knew we needed her to photograph our wedding! Her pictures were beautiful, and her sweet personality is everything you could want on your wedding day. At first, we were not sure if we wanted to do engagements photos. Hannah provided us with her (amazing) bridal guide and shared with us all of the reasons why engagements are so important. We did our engagements in Feb. 2020, and we will cherish those photos forever! When our wedding was postponed due to COVID, Hannah was so understanding and immediately responded to reschedule for our new date in 2021. She also checked in just to see how we were doing on a personal level, which meant so much during that time. She has a big heart that shows through in everything she does. On June 27, 2021, we finally got to have our wedding. Hannah has a questionnaire for couples to fill out before the big day so that she knows your vision exactly and all the important photos that need to be taken. The best words I can use to describe Hannah on the day of our wedding are patient, calm, supportive, and strong. There is so much to think about on the day of the wedding and coordinators/family members pulling you in many directions, and Hannah was the voice of reason and calm through it all. She truly had our best interest in mind and never wavered from what she knew would make us happy after the fact. She even learned how to do my bustle on the spot so that we could do sunset photos un-bustled and then re-bustle just in time for our first dance. It made all the difference in our sunset photos, and I am forever grateful!!! Saving the best for last: Less than 24 hours after our wedding, Hannah sent us our Sneak Peak album, and there were many tears!!! She captured the exact feeling of our wedding, and the pictures seriously should be in a magazine. We are still pinching ourselves that we have these insanely amazing pictures to treasure for the rest of our lives. If you are considering booking Hannah for your wedding or any other special event, 100% do it! We are so grateful that we got to work with her, and we hope we get to again in the future for family shoots.

Where do I even start!? Hannah went above and beyond during our wedding. Without a doubt, she is the G.O.A.T. From the very beginning of the day, Hannah's calm and professional demeanor made everyone feel comfortable during what his typically a hectic experience. Hannah is pragmatic, discrete, warm, punctual, and a seriously talented photographer. Throughout the day, my husband and I received so many compliments about her, and how easy she was to work with. She easily commanded our chaotic bridal party and family photos, and made them quick, painless, and totally stunning. I would 100% recommend Hannah to any couple looking for a wedding photographer.

Hannah is incredible! She managed to capture the best of our family. Which says a lot when our youngest just turned 2 and spent half the time shying away. I wasn't sure if he smiled even once, but I was blown away with what we received. Our session was a half hour and she gave us a beautiful set of dynamic photos. She was great with the kids, gave easy to follow directions/poses and even captured the natural undirected moments. I can't say enough good things and anyone would be lucky to have her as their photographer.
