Kate strikes the perfect balance of artistry and hospitality. She was a calming presence the whole weekend, making our entire families feel comfortable in front of the camera and capturing some truly beautiful moments with our guests.
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Yvonne as our celebrant for our international elopement ceremony, and we truly couldnt have asked for a more perfect person to marry us. From the very beginning, Yvonne made everything feel so seamless even with us being abroad and meeting only over Zoom, she made the entire process feel personal, easy, and incredibly meaningful. What stood out the most was how she took the time to craft an entire ceremony script based solely on the details we shared with her. She captured our love story so beautifully it felt like she had known us for years. Her words were heartfelt, genuine, and so reflective of who we are as a couple. We felt so seen and celebrated. Yvonne brought such warmth, presence, and joy to our special day. We are endlessly grateful to her for making our ceremony so uniquely us. Working with Kate was absolutely incredible. Her work speaks for itself, it’s absolutely stunning. But her kind, caring and relaxed demeanor are what we came away from both our engagement and wedding photos that made our days. Kate went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable and like ourselves. I feel like we have made a lifelong friend and someone who we’ll hire again and again to document the big important events in our lives. Her work is beautiful and captures all the quiet in-between moments. You can see all the love we felt together and from our closes friends on our wedding day. She made our day more special by being part of it.

Kate is a fantastic person to work with. Very clear and responsive. A good listener who asks good questions and is genuinely interested in learning about your goals and hopes for your wedding (and its photos). She also is a calming, friendly and unpretentious presence to have following you around on your wedding day. She has such a good eye for that and is willing to be creative to get the shot. At our wedding, she noticed one of my wife’s bridesmaids standing alone on a balcony. (For example,) Realizing it would make for a great candid shot, she managed to sneak behind a tree and snap an amazing photo. Clearly, we were very happy with our decision to hire Kate. We think you will be, too.
