Not only is he incredibly charismatic (which, as it turns out, is essential when managing people and energy on a wedding day), but he is also exceptionally skilled and experienced. They say something will go wrong at every wedding and only the bride and groom will notice, but not a thing went wrong (big or small) at our wedding due to Shaun running the show.

What really stood out was his ability to anticipate issues before they happened and handle them without us ever knowing. That level of professionalism is rare.

We also really appreciated how much he helped out our families throughout the process with all their questions and requests so we could focus on the bigger picture.

We heard this was not the case from friends with other wedding planners and were so lucky to have Shaun. As a same-sex couple planning a fusion Indian wedding, it was important to us to choose vendors who reflected our values—many of whom were members of the LGBTQ+ community or female/minority-owned businesses. From our very first call to the final moments of our wedding day, Shaun approached our celebration with the same care, dedication, and enthusiasm as if it were his own.

More importantly, he truly listened to what mattered most to us—whether it was honoring the meaningful traditions of our hybrid ceremony or finding creative ways to personalize each event. He brought thoughtful, fun ideas to the table—like hiring a content creator and swapping the typical photo booth for a stylish photo lounge. He worked directly with our venue and catering team to ensure every detail—from the decor to the drinks—was flawless for our wonderfully discerning crowd of aunties and uncles.

During our wedding weekend, we felt completely at ease knowing Shaun was the maestro behind the scenes. Everything ran like clockwork, yet he made sure there was always time built in for us to pause and soak it all in. Our guests were blown away by how seamlessly each event flowed and how his team kept everything moving smoothly and joyfully.
