The food was 11 out of 10. At a wedding one of the things that people remember most is the food. We are an admittedly ‘belly-first’ family with high standards for food. We also care a lot about aesthetics and want to make sure the food looks beautiful. So approaching Sukhadia and asking for a mix of Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, and western/Mexican to be presented beautifully with authenticity and taste across cuisines was a tall order for anyone - but Shaivi and the Sukhadia team delivered to RAVE REVIEWS!

*Food* - Wow. I cannot imagine the food being any better. Every hard-to-please auntie and uncle were raving about the food. Every guest from India used to having hot paratha at street stalls was floored by the kathi rolls. The paalak chaat was crispy and delicious. The masala chai and madras coffee was kadak and refreshing. I’m making myself hungry again just reading this. Forget the rest, hire the best. *Vibe/Energy* - Shaivi is THE BEST. You spend a lot of time with your vendors on your wedding day and you want a team around you that uplifts you, makes you feel everything is possible and that they will handle any bumps in the road with grace. Shaivi was that and more. When other vendors put up roadblocks, she jumped at the opportunity to have her team handle a challenge. Shaivi even helped pin my wife’s dupatta at one point in the night. Feels like she is part of the family now. *Service* - We had a difficult venue - outdoors, with decent-but-not-perfect facilities, water with a sulfur-taste (but beautiful! Don’t @ us!). Shaivi and team jumped in, recommended porting in their own water, brought all the materials they needed, allowed us to rent their equipment, hired a full staffing team to help our planner out as well, and just NAILED IT. Wow, it was so seamless it felt like the easiest thing in the world. Thank you Sukhadia! *Presentation* - My wife (!) and MIL are all about the aesthetics. They like things to be understated yet elegant - whatever the equivalent of quiet luxury for food is (eye roll). But wow, they did a great job. The stations for appetizers and cocktail hour were so thoughtfully presented. The live stations brought a freshness and crispness to every texture and flavor of delicate snacks. The dinner was served buffet-style (our choice) and the serving dishes and serving ware had a gorgeous antique aesthetic. 10/10. *Communication/Professionalism* - Before we tasted the food this is what made us hire them. Shaivi is the consummate professional. Responsive, SUPER hard working, answering phone calls at all hours of the night after she had completed an event, and able to communicate not just with her millennial clients, but with our parents and our entire wedding team. It felt like she was putting on an event for her own family member. *Value* - How do you put a price to an experience that is this wonderful?! Well, you must, and it turns out the price was reasonable, if not a steal! This is your most important vendor, and the price includes not just the cost of the ingredients, but the incredible service, professionalism, and true caring/investment in your event. There is tremendous value to this vendor, and I would strongly encourage future clients to not just think of this as purchasing food. High ROI. *Overall* - Yes, chef.

Working with Sukhadia Caterers for our wedding was a great experience! Shaivi and her team were very accommodating and helpful with all of our dietary restrictions. We had 3 separate events that needed catering and Shaivi helped us create a unique menu for each one. All of the food tasted amazing and we got many compliments from our guests about the quality and variety of dishes the whole wedding weekend. We strongly recommend having Sukhadia cater your event!

We only have the best things to say about Sukhadia! The food was exceptional and our guests were raving about all the stations (the dosa especially!) at the event itself and in the weeks after. I also can't emphasize enough how helpful Shaivi was throughout the process -- the communication with her was always easy and reliable, and she was instrumental in making sure the event was such a success.

We got married in North Carolina and looked far and wide for catering. We ended up going with Sukhadia because of their creativity and professionalism. We went back and forth on the menu several times over the course of months. We wanted different themes for every event and they delivered 100%. They also had a list of their tried and true recipes as well as new ideas they are willing to try. Our tasting experience was exceptional and the worked with parents on both side to find the perfect menu. During the actual wedding, the caterer made sure we were happy with every detail. The presentation was outstanding and they collaborated with our decorator to completely wow every guest. Even 7 months out, we still get compliments about the delicious food at our wedding from Sukhadia.

From the day I reached out to Sukhadia, I was blown away by their professionalism and willingness to make our wedding as special as possible. They traveled to Arizona with their refrigerated truck to make tons of amazing, yummy food at a ranch practically in the middle of nowhere, and also accommodated my request for a family-style reception. Shaivi is genuinely one of the kindest vendors we had the pleasure of working with, and our guests could not stop raving about the food. I highly recommend Sukhadia's!

From beginning to end, Sukhadia's was AMAZING throughout my wedding planning process and during my wedding weekend. I used them for my multi-day Indian fusion wedding in Miami, FL. They were extremely professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. Not to mention that the food was phenomenal throughout the weekend. Our guests are still raving about the food one month later. I would highly recommend Sukhadia's to anyone who is looking for Indian catering for their wedding!!
