Gabby and the the Calluna Team were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful from the very start of our wedding planning process. My husband and I are from Chicago and feel so lucky to have connected with Gabby and the Calluna Team to plan the wedding of our dreams in Colorado. Simply put, we absolutely could not have done it without Gabby. Gabby was so easy to work with and connected us with some of the most amazing vendors for our wedding. Gabby was timely, responsive, and provided detailed proposals based off of conversions we had about our wedding vision. Gabby was not willing to stop until we were 100% satisfied and in love with the plans/details. Gabby seemed to complete our thoughts before we would even say them and provided a stress free planning process. Gabby was organized and communicated with all our vendors to make sure that everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. On our wedding day, we did not have to worry about any timelines/schedule because Gabby and her team had everything so organized and in line. We owe it all to Gabby and the Calluna Team for helping create the most magical wedding and the best day of our lives. We would use Gabby and the Calluna Team again without hesitation!
Hiring Gabby Gray and Calluna Events was the single best decision we made during the wedding planning process. Gabby is a rare individual who combines warmth, ease, and kindness with a depth of professional experience and a keen eye for event design. Our wedding weekend at Devil's Thumb Ranch could not have been more perfect and that was due to her planning expertise and the support of her team at Calluna. Gabby took the time to understand us as a couple and created an event that truly reflected us. She recommended top-tier vendors, from music to florals, and she did not miss a single detail throughout the year-long planning process. Gabby knew when to let us take the lead on decisions and when to offer more guidance. We took her recommendations on many details and are so glad we did, because the overall effect was so cohesive and beautiful. We never felt pressured to make decisions that didn’t feel true to us, and she was endlessly patient when we went back and forth on minute details. When it came time for the actual wedding weekend, we were able to relax and enjoy all the time with our family and friends because Gabby had everything handled. Our wedding was a beautiful, jubilant celebration that moved seamlessly from one element to the next. Multiple guests commented on how effortless yet organized the weekend felt, and more than one noted Gabby as an exceptional planner. We are deeply grateful to Gabby and Calluna for such a spectacular wedding weekend, and we give them the very highest recommendation when it comes to planning any event that holds special importance in your life.
I cannot recommend Calluna events enough for your wedding. My husband and I were so impressed and happy with how everything turned out and also the process. We worked with Lindsay and she was so wonderful to work with. I truly miss planning our wedding. Lindsay was professional, organized, detailed oriented, and a great listener when I felt overwhelmed with the process. Picking a good wedding planner is so important...I can't recommend this team enough. My dream wedding!
There aren't enough words to properly express the dream wedding that Lindsay and the Calluna team planned for our special weekend. It was the most seamless process and we put our entire trust in Lindsay's hands - she exceeded all of our expectations and then some! In addition to our busy lives, Lindsay made the whole process so enjoyable and we are so thankful that we were able to lean in, relax, and enjoy all the moments that our engagement season brought us! She took care of us so well and we look forward to working with her and Calluna in the future!
Wow. Where do I even begin?! With a thank you I suppose, but that doesn't even begin to put into the words the immense amount of gratitude I have for Calluna Events and Heather Dwight. To say my wedding was the best weekend of my life even feels like an understatement. I met Heather while she was putting on a different wedding and she was so gracious and kind to everyone around her, I was instantly drawn to her warmth, talent and gentle way of commanding and leading a team of people. I knew she was my first and only choice for my wedding planner when I was getting married about a year later. Once we were locked in, the planning process was seamless and I immediately felt at ease, which is not only easy for me! She handled everything, thought of everything and made the process so incredibly easy. The weekend of the wedding everything went off perfectly, not a single thing I could say would improve the weekend and the events because they were all absolutely perfect. Heather kept us organized and on schedule and it all went off without a hitch! Her pre-weekend to do lists and planning helpers made a world of difference. I truly cannot recommend Heather & Calluna Events enough. Everything they touch turns to gold and you are in the best possible hands. For every event for the rest of my life, I will chose Calluna Events and Heather!
