I am a documentary WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER based in California. Born and raised in Prague, I moved to the west coast in 2018, fell in love with both the landscapes and a girl and now happily live in San Diego and work alongside my wife. I have a background in journalism which makes my approach to weddings a bit different. I love that weddings are a transition from one life chapter to another, and that deserves to be properly documented. Not in a sterile or predictable way but with all the joy and chaos of a wedding day and all the people who play a role in this season of your life. I'm a big fan of imperfect photos of imperfect moments if they speak directly to the heart. The pretty flowers but also the rain. The hugs, the sunsets, but also the spilled wine. Documenting > performing. Memories > Visuals. That's why I love weddings, 9 years and counting.
