Wedding photos still not delivered despite full upfront payment and missed delivery deadline!
We booked Künzli Photography for our civil wedding ceremony in August 2026. The agreed package included 180–300 edited image and a online gallery. We paid the full amount upfront.
What is particularly disappointing is that, to this day, we have received neither our wedding photos nor any reliable upd ate regarding their delivery.
Shortly after our wedding, we were promised a preview of the “first photos” via WhatsApp. Naturally, we were excited to receive a first glimpse of the memories from our special day. Unfortunately, this promised preview was never delivered either.
According to our contract, the delivery period during the peak season is 4–8 weeks. This deadline has now passed, yet we have received neither the agreed photos nor the promised preview.
What we find especially upsetting is the lack of communication. We have made several attempts to get in touch to receive an update and find out when we can expect our photos. So far, our attempts to contact the photographer have gone unanswered.
These are not just overdue photos; they are memories of a once-in-a-lifetime and deeply personal day in our lives. We would have understood a delay if it had been communicated openly and explained. Instead, we have repeatedly had to reach out ourselves, without knowing when—or even whether—we will receive our photos.
We have now formally raised the issue in writing and se t a deadline of 7 November 2026 for the matter to be addressed. At the time of writing this review, that deadline has not yet passed.
We expect professional communication, transparency, and the fulfilment of the agreed services. When booking such a personal service as wedding photography, you should be able to rely on agreements being honoured and should not be left without a response when problems arise.
Based on our experience so far, we are extremely disappointed and cannot recommend Künzli Photography at this time. We wish our wedding memories had been treated with the same care and attention that we put into planning our special day.

Wir können Kuenzli Photography zu 10000% empfehlen! Es war alles super & wunderbar. Vom ersten Gespräch bis hin zu den ersten Bildern etc. Mein Mann und ich mögen es gar nicht vor der Kamera zu stehen, aber Melanie war einfach perfekt! Sie hat es uns so einfach gemacht und wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Die Bilder sind der HAMMER und wir freuen uns riesig!

Emotionen in Bildern einzufangen, ist eine der schwierigsten Aufgaben, die ein/e Fotograf/in hat. Diese Herausforderung hat Melanie zu 100% gemeistert und wir könnten nicht glücklicher sein mit den entstandenen Bildern. Eine Herzensempehlung!!
Für uns ist Kuenzli ein unglaublich tolles Team. Wir sind von ihrer Arbeit und Leistung sehr begeistert. Unsere Bilder sind einfach atemberaubend, traumhaft und wunderschön geworden. Wir haben so viele Komplimente bekommen. Caro, unsere Fotografin, hat uns sowohl am Tag unserer standesamtlichen Trauung als auch am Tag der Hochzeitsfeier fotografiert. An beiden Tagen haben wir uns sehr aufgehoben und richtig wohl gefühlt. Sie hat uns eine so angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen.
