JLB is iconic. His creative process and eye for detail is incredible. Our (250 person) wedding was originally planned for March 28, 2020. We eloped a week early with him and 20 people and had no anticipation for him to work with us on the unused time. He made the most gracious offer and we still got to use those hours for another shoot with him. We actually feel speechless with the level of professionalism we received. On top of unique design driven photos, JLB is very kind, courteous and calm - the type of energy you need on your wedding day! We *often* look at our beautiful photos and are so relieved we hired him!

When my husband and I got engaged, the first thing we agreed on was a photographer. We knew we wanted JLB because we loved his style and were so thrilled that he was available.

He was absolutely professional and someone we completely trusted. He took us to the most unique places in Detroit and really captured our spirit, as a couple.  People still talk about the pride smoke bomb pic to this day!

He even handled our big family portraits! He captured every single moment perfectly. Words cannot express how happy we are to have had JLB part of our journey! 10/10

I appreciated his professionalism, but also that he kept the vibes at a 10/10!  Our engagement photos were quite cold in Ann Arbor and sweaty, hot and humid in Puerto Rico, but you would never know it because his positive attitude and enthusiasm is seriously infectious!  Even our friends and family were raving about him during and after our wedding.

His background in graphic design make his photographs stand above all the rest.  He has such a keen and sharp eye for making the shot perfect!

Can't recommend highly enough! We had a small, fairly non-traditional wedding and Jeffrey was really flexible and attentive to what we needed. He also has amazing knowledge of Detroit-area venues and he already knew all the perfect spots to shoot at our hotel and ceremony spot.

He really cares about his art and his effort showed. We've received nothing but glowing complements about our wedding photos - Jeffrey goes above and beyond to find unique shots. The gifs were fun and his custom color processing was great, too; it let us choose which mood we liked best for each photo.

JLB provided the photography for our wedding earlier this summer as well as our engagement session last year. His skill and talent surpassed our wildest expectations. Since our wedding day, we have received numerous compliments from guests about the stunning pictures that JLB provided, and how incredible he was, working so hard to make every shot perfect. This is reflected in how great he was at helping ease my husband, myself, and our wedding party through the chaos of the day.
