We had our wedding last December 10, 2022. Worked with Jessica for our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From the very beginning, Jess was incredibly organized and professional. She listened to our vision for the wedding and helped turn it into a reality. She was always available to answer any questions we had and provided valuable suggestions throughout the planning process.

It was stressful already with the venue on how strict the place and management was but she was able to do it for us. On the day of the wedding, Jess and her team executed everything perfectly and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Thanks to her hard work, our wedding day was stress-free and truly magical. I'm a photographer that worked with Jess for a bridal styled shoot. Jess booked the venue and coordinated all the vendors, myself included. I worked worked with Jess on a high profile wedding. We had six weeks to bring the event to reality, which is not a whole lot of time. Not only was she sweet and composed throughout our time together... she was extremely organized, professional and showed off an immaculate eye for design! I am a wedding photographer and have worked on various occasions with Jess! The way she coordinates events from start to finish is incredible, so detail oriented. She really thinks about all of the logistics that most of us would not ever think about! One of my favorite things about her planning would have to be her detailed PowerPoints and mood boards! Jess takes care of everything so that her clients can relax and have fun on their big day!

As an MC, I attend a ton of weddings. One sign of a great wedding planner is when changes happen due to unforseen circumstances (weather) but no one knows what changed.  That's flawless maneuvering and a sign of a very calm, cool, and collected planner. That is Jess. 100%.

We had a great experience working with Jess for our 5/29/22 wedding in Pasadena, CA. She was an instrumental part in creating the schedule, working with our vendors, and essentially doing all of the behind the scenes work (including providing ideas for the table settings) that my husband and I did not have time to do on our own. In addition, Jess and her assistant were able to easily work with our venue POC and ensure that everything went smoothly while we were getting ready for the day. From turning on 50+ light up cowboy hats and glow sticks on the fly to ensuring my husband and I had eaten during the reception, she took care of every thing on my list going into the event.

We had a minor issue with our shuttle company not arriving to the correct location or on time and Jess handled this behind the scenes so that we didn't have to deal with it at all and she waited with the rest of our guests at the ceremony location before heading to the reception venue to ensure everybody got on the shuttle.

I can't recommend her services enough and am happy knowing that everything turned out the way we wanted it to.

Hiring Jess was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She stepped in 60 days out from our wedding when the stress was starting to build and took over everything so seamlessly.
