The two best decisions I ever made were marrying my husband and hiring Birch to help create the moment I did. As someone in the event industry, I have high expectations and am particular when it comes to choosing vendors. But it was clear from the moment I met Josh and Allan that they were the team for me. The process was seamless from start to finish. They are transparent, genuine, and extremely passionate about their craft. If that’s not a winning combo than I don’t know what is. Wedding planning can be stressful, but these guys made it FUN. The intricate details and creative vision that Birch brought to life was out of this world. They are creative geniuses and went ABOVE & BEYOND every step of the way. Our guests were blown away - as were we. We’ve been receiving non stop calls, texts, emails from people - even those that didn’t attend. I can’t recommend them enough.

It doesn't get better than Birch Event Design. They're so much fun to work with. They're an amazing team with awesome personalities and incredible talent and artistry. Birch did the design for our publicized wedding and turned our venues into an actual fairytale set. I wish those reading this review could see the expressions on my husband and my faces when we saw their work at our wedding for the first time! We were in complete and total awe. Birch does the highest quality work with the highest quality materials. They understand the image you have in your head and make it reality. We are so grateful we worked with Birch for our wedding. Josh & the Birch Event Design team organized our wedding (2 events) in NY this summer.
My husband and I are French and when it came to decor/flowers/production, we realized that the difficulty wouldn’t only be due to the language barrier...
Indeed, our expectations, needs, level of involvement, deep attention to details but also our fears, made it challenging to find some people able to adapt to us. People able to go over the usual “one size fits all”...
We met with many companies, amongst the most popular in NYC and even extended our search to US in general & abroad.
After 1 phone call or meeting with each company, we can ensure that the most reliable, consistent, detailed and creative feedback we got was from Birch! They also happened to be the most excited, human and spontaneous... which lead us to choose them, even though a few professionals of the industry criticized them...
And what we can tell is... they’re one of the vendors that delivered the best! Not only they took the necessary time to understand what we were dreaming of (and G-d knows it took houuuuursssss) but they made it with smile, humor, excitement, support, advice... and we’re very grateful to them for the dream they created for us, our family & friends...
One last thing that I’d like to mention, which made a difference with other competitors... during the planning, they had:
- the honesty to admit when one of their proposal wasn’t up to it
- the strength to tell us “we don’t know how this is feasible, let us check” instead of “we’re professional we can do anything”
- the little extra of craziness which creates an event that belongs to you and only you (and isn’t always the same event in different colors....)

Josh, Avi and the rest of the Birch team went above and beyond for us not only on our wedding day, but the whole few months leading up to it! We began with an easy and enjoyable meeting to get our ideas for the ceremony down on paper, had an insanely beautiful reveal of our ballroom a month before for any tweaking we may have needed (which we didn’t!) and the final result at the wedding day was more than I could have ever imagined. From beginning to end, Birch took what could have been an extremely stressful time and instead made us and our families feel completely at ease the entire time! Josh took my idea of our chuppah to the next level, to the point that we were getting compliments on it for months and months after and now! Thank you Birch.
