My wife and I chose Emily to photograph our elopement at the Santa Barbara Courthouse last month and I seriously don't believe we could have picked a better photographer for our special day. As a lesbian couple, it was really important to us to pick a photographer with experience shooting lesbian weddings and didn't make us feel like an "experiment" of sorts. Emily captured our love so beautifully. We are SO obsessed with the photos -- I literally still look at them almost daily a month later.

Not only did she showcase our individual personalities and our union in her photos, but she also helped us so much in general navigating the day. When we arrived at the courthouse, we honestly were pretty nervous and not totally sure where to go exactly or how to ask for what we wanted, etc. Emily guided us through the day and made us feel confident and helped us know exactly where to go, where to stand, what time we had to do what and where, etc. I genuinely would have felt so lost without her guidance. She made us feel so beautiful and understood exactly what our vibe was and captured it with zero stress. I knew we were paying for excellent photos, but I didn't realize we were also paying for her calming energy and careful attention to keeping us on schedule and helping us not to forget small details that we likely wouldn't have had the experience to keep track of. I could not recommend Emily enough.

My wife and I plan on having a larger destination wedding in a few years when we have the money to host our friends and family, and we've already decided we are definitely hiring Emily again for that ceremony!

Working with Emily was one of the BEST decisions we made during our wedding planning process. We booked Emily for four different events and not only did she deliver the most beautiful images, we were lucky to have made a dear friend. We first found Emily through the company that she owns, Anna Delores Photography and was immediately drawn towards her editorial style, and her familiarity with our venue. I was following her work for some time but was validated when she was independently recommended to us by our planner (she’s THAT good!). It was important for us to vibe with our photographer since we’d be spending a lot of time with them, and after our initial consultation on the phone, we could already feel Emily’s warmth, excitement, and energy.. Working with Emily was just so easy. She is very professional and responsive. Throughout the whole process—from consultation, up through the delivery of the final gallery, Emily gave periodic check-ins and even went above and beyond to provide planning resources outside of photography. Before the big day, she took the time to learn about us, our story, and understand what’s important to us.

Emily has a way of creating dreamy images and is a master of playing with light. You could really tell how experienced she is through the way she works and the final product itself. Her photography style is timeless and the colors are true. She does a mix of natural poses, candids, and artistic shots, as well as the most stunning detailed shots. She guided us through some poses that look natural and never felt forced. Emily never missed an important moment and knew how to truly capture the joy and emotion that we felt. We received our wedding day sneak previews in less than a week and the full gallery covering 3 wedding events within 2 months.

We booked Emily for an engagement session, tea ceremony, rehearsal dinner + welcome reception, and of course our wedding day. During all of our events, Emily consistently brought great vibes; she was so energetic and easy-going. The first time we met her in person was for our engagement shoot. My husband and I are on the camera shy side but Emily made us feel so comfortable and hyped us up the whole time... It was such a blast! The photos turned out so beautifully and ethereal. For our tea ceremony, Emily instantly blended in and felt like part of the family. She was professional and courteous, and even asked if there was anything she should be mindful about to respect our traditions. The actual wedding day went so smoothly, I can’t believe she remembered everyone’s names so quickly. Emily was joined by her second shooter, Alyssa who were both a dream to work with. They went with the flow, yet happened to capture every important moment. Emily took charge when needed in order to get the shots while never coming off too strong. To this day, our friends and family could not stop raving about how great our photographer was! Emily certainly made our wedding even better than we could have imagined and it brings us joy whenever we look through our photos. THANK YOU EMILY!

Emily photographed our wedding in September of 2022, and I do not have enough words to sing her praises. We originally hired her for our original wedding date, which got delayed due to COVID. Through the years (literally) of planning and communication, Emily was always so kind, helpful, and positive. When we finally got to meet in person for our engagement photos, we had so much fun. She has the wonderful ability to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera, coach you through the photos, and keep you laughing.

On our wedding day, Emily and her team were a welcome presence. They are very professional, and worked wonderfully with our other vendors as well. Plus, they are FUN! Our photos from both our engagement party and wedding are STUNNING. Every little detail was captured, with tons of wonderful photos of all the attendees. Emily and her team are great at capturing timeless images, with a mix of current and editorial style as well. We have received endless compliments on how beautiful our photos are, and I am so grateful to have such wonderful images from our wedding. I unequivocally recommend Emily to any couple for their wedding.

Emily and her team were fantastic. We hired her services for our Napa wedding in June 2023 and it was one of the best decisions we made - she's experienced, talented, thoughtful, professional and so well prepared!
Well before our wedding day, Emily sent a questionnaire with a list of thoughtful questions regarding which kinds of photos we wanted (and with whom), and which shots were important to capture on our Big Day. This proved extremely helpful the day of the wedding, as Emily and her team were diligent and captured each shot we'd asked for without us having to ask!
Her team is not only professional, but extremely friendly and makes you feel as though your wedding is the only wedding they're shooting the whole year; in many ways, Emily's excitement for my wedding day mimicked my own! After our wedding, she worked hard to edit and send across many of our favorite shots within the next week, as she knew how excited we were to relive the day. All around, Emily and her team were phenomenal, and if I had to do it all again, she would be the first vendor I'd re-hire.
