I have been a DJ in the Capital District for 28 years and in that time I have worked with many wedding planners. Recently I had the good fortune to work with Kelly for the first time. I found Kelly to be very confident, friendly, professional and cheerful. I would highly recommend hiring Kelly as your wedding planner, she is cheerful, extremely detail oriented, organized and best of all...FUN!
Kelly is incredibly professional, talented and supportive throughout the planning process and on the day of the event. Working with Kelly is a dream. She is very responsive, open to ideas, accommodating and whatever needs to be done, she makes certain it is taken care of! In addition to this, her bubbly personality puts everyone at ease. Having a smooth planning process is such a big deal and getting to witness Kelly assist in replanning a wedding impacted by Covid three separate times spoke to her professionalism, ability to be flexible and ability to be creative all while being sure the clients and vendors were all on the same page and confidant in the final plan! Kelly was amazing to work with on my wedding day! She was extremely responsive and detailed with everything leading up to the day. I will never forget the pocket-sized schedules that she made for myself and everyone in my bridal party – she literally thought of everything! I was truly blown away by her professionalism and knowledge of every detail that went into making my day flow seamlessly.
Kelly handled our bridal party so effortlessly and that’s saying something because our groomsmen know how to get rowdy. At our rehearsal she had everyone listening and following directions as soon as she spoke. Also, Kelly’s itinerary was a thing of beauty. It helped everyone know what was expected of them and kept us all organized through all the wedding chaos. Several of my vendors let me know that they were so grateful to have someone as thorough as Kelly was for the day of.
I can’t say enough good things about working with Kelly! She is such a rockstar at what she does and someone you will not regret having on your team while planning your wedding. She is the QUEEN of details and took care of everything so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The only thing I needed to focus on was getting married and enjoying my day!
If you are a current bride you need to run immediately to Kelly and her team! Everyone had always said that you needed a day of coordinator but I thought I would be fine to do it myself and continued putting it off. Flash forward to a couple of months before the wedding and I knew that I needed assistance to have a successful day. Kelly was responsive and provided the absolute best insight every time I needed something. You’ll honestly feel like you’re working with a friend that you’ve known forever. From start to finish of the wedding weekend Kelly and her team are there to ensure that everything goes perfectly.
