Call John and find a way to squeeze him into your budget, trust me you will not regret it.
I was a very organized bride and did so much research but hiring John was worth every penny.
Thank you John for all that you did. Our guests and family still tell us how amazed they were at how beautiful everything was and how the whole wedding went as smooth as it did.

From the time leading up to our wedding and through the day, John really helped us bring our wedding from thoughts on paper to real life. John listened to us and our visions for our wedding; he never made us feel like something was too big of a request or unattainable. He has excellent connections with local vendors. He has extensive insights to what goes on with planning a wedding from the back of the house to guest experience. John is very communicative and easy to work with.

Everything about wedding planning got better when we hired John, and he simply continued to go above and beyond all the way through wedding day. He was recommended to us by a friend (a past groom), and he was a pure blessing.

My daughter’s wedding event from start to finish was a grand stellar event because of this man. He is an artist and has a vision of design for weddings which permeated in all aspects…To all that are looking to have a fabulous wedding planner, John is a one stop and one stop only. My (now) wife and I hired John to be our day-of wedding coordinator, and we couldn't be happier with his work and what he brought to the table.
In our preliminary meetings, he was very thorough, making sure to cover all common and uncommon factors of the wedding (e.g. Catering, DJ, music, flowers, limitations of sparklers, ceremony legalities, food allergies, etc). His web portal was very rich and useful. It included a page for budgeting and a timeline, which helped me visualize the order of events (and the cost). At the wedding, he worked diligently behind the scenes to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I was particularly pleased at his ability to handle the unexpected -- our video streaming iPad could not connect to the WiFi; John effortlessly saved the day with his spare wireless hotspot!

John is simply amazing. My husband and I started working with John in August 2020 to plan a wedding in march 2022. We were immediately impressed with his attention to detail, organization, thoroughness, vision, professionalism, and bright personality. He helped guide two indecisive people to a solid vision and made the process stress free and fun. He was easy to communicate with, prompt, and encouraging. When we got pregnant in January and decided to elope, John helped us handle our previous vendors, found us a new venue, guided us through the legal process, found us an amazing photographer, and showed up for our elopement all in a suuuuper short time frame. He was so kind and understanding about our situation and made it clear he was there for us and excited for us through all our changes! He was everything and more we wanted and needed from a planner, and just so fun to be around. He truly cares for his couples and goes above and beyond for them! Thank you for everything John!
John is phenomenal to work with! He is extremely organized, has such an eye for everything, even the small details, and will go the extra mile to make your day absolutely perfect! I highly recommend hiring him to help you with your big day because he really takes out all of the stress that goes into planning a wedding!!
John did an amazing job with our wedding in St. Petes. We were planning through COVID and remotely from NY, but we never felt unprepared or out of the loop. He did a great job helping us shortlist vendors, and navigating last minute changes (e.g., the bakery cancelled our cake ~3 weeks before the wedding!).
Through it all, he was a guiding force and brought creative ideas to help us design the wedding of our dreams, while keeping budget and priorities in mind.
We will definitely be reaching out to John if we have any other events in the West Fla region and would highly recommend him to anyone considering hiring a planner for their big day - you won't regret it!
