After finding Lauren on instagram I KNEW I had to book her for our engagement photos & our wedding and boy am I happy I did. Our initial engagement session got rained out but she was flexible in rescheduling since we had traveled out of state. She also helped us decide on what would be best for our timeline & guided us through the day (which was such a help because my husband & I are SO indecisive). The whole time for both sessions she was positive & helped my partner and I feel comfortable getting out pictures taken. We're an awkward pair but she worked magic making us feel beautiful and got amazing pictures!

Our wedding was about 6 months ago and I am still obsessed with her work. I highly recommend Lauren for any event!!

My fiancée and I absolutely loved our engagement session with Lauren. She is so personable and makes you feel like you’ve been best friends with her your whole life. She’s so quick to respond and was able to answer all wedding questions we had. She made us feel like we had someone in our corner even outside of photography questions which is so helpful as the wedding planning process can be a bit stressful. Her works speaks for itself! Such beautiful, warm, and timeless photos. I cannot recommend her enough for your wedding photo needs.

Do not hesitate to book Lauren! She is an absolute gem. Lauren made us feel so comfortable throughout our wedding (and engagement) photos. She's so professional and kind. We were nervous about having our photos taken, but Lauren made us feel at ease. She deftly explained her prompts and made us feel comfortable, which showed in the photos. She captured so many amazing moments, it's honestly overwhelming how many great photos there are! Her second shooter (and husband) Jared is equally delightful and everyone loved working with him. I wouldn't change a thing about our experience and I highly recommend booking her.

When it came time to research photographers for our wedding, I was immediately overwhelmed. The different packages, pricing, editing styles, personalities, etc. were all very daunting. It wasn't until I saw pictures taken by Lauren for a friend's engagement shoot that I finally felt like I had found our photographer. When she was available for our wedding date, I was overjoyed! She was so helpful from our first conversation, to the engagement shoot, to answering all of my timeline questions, to even assisting with bustling my dress on wedding day. She is calm, caring, she listens to what her clients want, and she honestly makes dreams come true. We received our wedding photo album SO quickly and we have been staring at all of them ever since. My husband and I could not have asked for a better photographer, and we believe it was the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. Thank you, Lauren, for all of your help, kindness and the absolutely beautiful memories we get to look back on for the rest of our lives.

My husband and I booked LAR Photography after speaking with Lauren, right after our engagement. We booked Lauren for our Engagement Shoot and for editing our wedding photos, but her Associate, Marisa, was available for our Wedding Day. We looked at both of their Instagram pages and we loved their style and editing techniques, so we locked them in. I am so thrilled and happy we did because they both are amazing people and photographers! They both made us feel so comfortable, beautiful, and provided lots of direction for us at both the engagement shoot & wedding day, leading to amazing pictures! We truly appreciate how special they helped make our day by capturing it all! We cannot recommend enough! I hope I can use them both in the future for other big life moments!

Lauren was absolutely incredible! She flexed so well with our day, helped remove pressure we put on ourselves when things weren't going as smoothly, and withstood outdoor pictures in January for us! She's definitely the kind of person you want being a pillar of your wedding day. She also got our photos back to us so quickly and they are beyond what we had hoped for!
