Elephant Memories is an incredibly flexible, professional, and fun wedding videography company to work with. They were able to customize our final wedding video and make it something even more special than we could have hoped for! They make you feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera on your wedding day, which is especially important given how busy your wedding day can be! Would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding videographer.

Clarissa - I honestly don’t have the words to explain how grateful I am for all that you’ve done for Tyler and I! Guys, if you get the chance, snatch this girl up! She is SO much fun to work with. Clarissa understood exactly what we wanted and she captured EVERYTHING. And I get to keep these memories forever. I could cry. Thank you, the videos were perfect and she is a dream to work with from start to finish!!! She works soooo well with the rest of our vendors, I just can’t say enough good things about her. THANK YOU!!!!!

Our original idea to elope was debunked by the thought of not having our children with us to commemorate this new blended family. As the wedding morphed into a family vacation it became evident we needed to document with more than just pictures.  Intimate and small was the intent- with a budget that had become razor thin. I wasn’t going to have a videographer but we needed a videographer. So I researched- they were cookie cutting movie makers so I abandoned the idea until I stumbled upon the Elephant Memories website. I watched video after video each one specialized to document each couple’s original story; no cut & paste formats. I emailed Clarissa with our story and the vision- we clicked creatively. The wedding was 2 months away & I feared she would not be available, lucky for us, she was. Covid cancelled our original date & without any fuss Clarissa was very  accommodating- we had a great team of vendors. If you want your story documented, please know Clarissa is VERY attentive to details and open to your overall vision. We wanted a special musical vibe ( Jazzy & modern), she gave us the guidelines and let us go wild. Communication was key since we live in Atlanta - I’d email in the wee hours of the morning and surprisingly she would respond (creatives find inspiration in the wee hours).  Our first phone conversation was like friends catching up & for every one of my ideas she added something to make it more special. I met Clarissa the day of the wedding-her beautiful personality was magnified 100x- she took charge of the shots, gave direction to create the images we discussed and was open to some impromptu shots we wanted on the fly. We followed her through the streets of Charleston creating amazing content and just having FUN! IT WAS MAGICAL!

When we received the finished product I laughed and cried, my husband wanted to watch it again and again. It was a TRUE documentary of our special day. The music and transitions seamlessly blend,- she was invisible in plain sight-because she captured conversations and those little details that you glance at and, admire but forget a moment later. There are a lot of “oh I remember that’ moments in our video. We can now have those moments forever. Our video is unique to us- as is everyone else’s is unique to them. Clarissa has captured for us , ’THE BEST DAY EVER.’

Elephant Memories is a hidden Boston gem. They service both Charleston, SC and Boston, MA. My husband and I had early discussions with Clarissa and Haley about our vision for our wedding video and Clarissa took all our feedback into consideration and also provided us with her own creative ideas to consider for our video. We wanted our video to be reminiscent of a sweet french love story, and Clarissa totally delivered on this and brought all our ideas to life! I also have to mention Clarissa's editing skills - it's movie quality!!! We purchased the Diamond package, which included a 1-minute teaser (perfect for sharing on IG), a 3-5 minute trailer (great for sharing with friends and family), and a 10-20 minute documentary. This package was totally worth the money, and we found Elephant Memories to be very reasonably priced compared to other Boston-based videographers (especially given the quality of work they deliver!) Clarissa and Haley were a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them to any engaged couples who are in search of a wedding videographer, you will not be disappointed!

Five stars plus for Elephant Memories! The day I hired them to do the video for our wedding I've made the best decision. Clarissa and Karl are just wonderful and so easy to work with. I've met with Clarissa a few times before the wedding to discuss all the details and she wanted to make sure they know exactly what we want to make the best of it. She was always there to answer all my questions on the phone and also she gave me great ideas and advice which was so helpful for our big day. They captured every moment of our wedding and made a gorgeous video out of it that could not be any better than that. I'm so happy we decided to have the drone which made our yacht wedding so unique. We are 100% satisfied with the result and I honestly recommend them if you want the best memories of your event! Great job guys and thank you so much! I loved working with you and I would do it again!

We are so fortunate to have found Elephant Memories for our daughter's wedding!!  Thank you Clarissa, Karl and staff for being such an important part of the wedding team and our celebration. Your skill and artistic ability created such an incredible movie experience that perfectly captured our daughter and son-in-laws special day.  We did a lot of research in our quest to find the perfect wedding videographer, since this was a destination wedding in Charleston and we were all in Colorado.  What Elephant Memories delivered far exceeded our expectations!  Clarissa and Karl were professional, respective, and upbeat throughout the whole process and Clarissa worked side by side with the wedding photographer to capture some amazing footage.  Thanks to Elephant Memories we will be able to relive that special September day in Charleston, SC over and over again.  We are hopeful that we will be able to work together again at our next big event!  We highly recommend Elephant Memories for your wedding/special event!

Elephant Memories was so great to work with. Friendly, fun, and professional, they were careful to never be too much in the way, but gave great direction when needed. We are so happy we decided to go with the video and photography package. It saved us money and all the photos and videos were amazing. The whole team was great and we love that they were able to get photos and videos with the same romantic style. Clarissa made my fianceé feel at ease which is great since she doesn't always love cameras around. Also, capturing some of the most precious moments on video allowed me to experience the things I would've missed and never seen. I highly recommend them for photos and video!

Working with Clarissa at Elephant Memories was the best experience I’ve ever had!!! I have never felt so comfortable and confident in my life. There are certain shots that you have visioned in your mind and you have to step out of your comfort zone and she made it so easy to do. Not to mention the fact that her videos are always going to be better than you could ever dream of them being!! Clarissa went over and beyond for us, and I know she will continue to do the same. As a Covid-affected bride, replanning my elopement after having to cancel my wedding was both mentally and emotionally exhausting.  At the top of my list, however, was finding a videographer that would be able to capture the perseverance and resiliency our love has during difficult times. I researched about 20 videographers and watched hundreds of videos, before coming across Elephant Memories. As soon as I watched a couple of Clarissa's wedding videos, I knew she was perfect for my vision of a Love Story Movie. She was very professional and friendly from our very first emails to finally meeting on the day of the wedding. I felt like I had known her for years! She made us feel extremely comfortable on our wedding day and worked SO hard to capture every single moment with expertise and natural skill. She was so much fun to work with and paired so magically with our photographer that you would have thought they worked together many times before even though this was the first time. She did it all. Drone footage and even a second camera set-up all by herself which is very impressive. The best part of it all is that she was truly just as excited to put our video together as we were. She finished it early and when I tell you it is the most beautiful video I have ever seen, it is! My favorite compliment when others watch it is that they feel like they just watched a trailer for a movie like The Notebook which was my inspiration from the beginning. I would 1000000x recommend Clarissa and Elephant Memories to anyone looking to book a videographer. Anyone would be lucky to have Clarissa's impressive skills, expert editing, and overall love for her job and passion to produce a beautiful product that can be cherished forever.
