No need to look any further... book Alicia as your wedding planner! In 2020 our wedding was cancelled 6 days prior due to the shut down at the start of the pandemic. Thank God we had Alicia! She helped make a stressful situation such a smooth transition as we attempted to reschedule 3 times and finally had our wedding in 2021. She was great to work with and ensured our wedding was what we had envisioned. Her attention to detail and knowledge is impeccable. She was organized and professional in every way, and made the wedding day run so smoothly. All my vendors and entire bridal party were raving about how great she was and how they knew exactly what was expected. I plan on hiring her for all my future events.

Alicia is amazing!!!  I am so thankful to have found and hired Alicia as our "Day Of" (and then some!) wedding planner.  From our first consultation phone call, before I even hired her, I felt a sense of relief and a weight lifted off my shoulders just through talking with her.  She is so good at what she does and thinks of everything.  She is professional, courteous, kind, down to earth, and always has your best interest at heart.  She truly enjoys what she does and is genuinely happy and excited for you.  After months (and a few stressful weeks) of planning my wedding, I was able to just show up, completely kick back and enjoy my wedding day (and our entire wedding weekend) knowing that Alicia and her team were there and had everything handled and under control.  Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and flawless in our eyes.  I'm sure things came up and I know Alicia and Amy must have handled them promptly and professionally because we didn't know or have to worry about a single thing.  Thank you so much for making our wedding day completely stress-free, enjoyable, and so amazing!   We HIGHLY recommend Alicia and her team!

Alicia is incredible! The best coordinator you could use hands down. I say that as someone who fought my now wife on paying for a wedding coordinator because I thought we didn’t need one. I’m a software engineering project manager and thought I could do it all myself. I coordinate with engineers on multi million dollar software projects. Lo and behold, those are nothing compared to planning a wedding! From several months out to the day off, she was a resource of information and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend her to all!

When my fiancé and I started the process of planning our wedding, we thought we would be able to handle everything ourselves. Quickly, we started to realize that it was impossible for us to handle it all and enjoy our wedding day stress free.

We are so happy we found Alicia. We choose her wedding management package. She started working with us 8 weeks before the big day. Her organization skills were impeccable. Lots of stress was taken off of us. She reached out to all our vendors, made sure our decor was what we wanted, executed our timeline and made sure we were very happy the day of.

My fiancé and I were able to let loose on our wedding day and not worry if anything was left behind. Alicia and her assistant made sure everything was packed for us to take home. Alicia is worth her weight in gold. It just needs to be said. She kept me sane in the months leading up to my wedding, and really made every effort to be there for me and my husband in our wedding planning process. We hired her for her wedding coordinator services, because I had become overwhelmed after booking all our vendors and realized that this was a way bigger undertaking than I was ready to tackle. I had found her originally through Moments to Salud (shout out to another women-owned business making a difficult industry more approachable), and decided to hire her to help me with the rest of the process. Even though I didn't hire her for the full process - she never made me feel unimportant. She's real deal kindness and professionalism! She came with all these planning tools and resources and monthly check-ins that I would have been adrift without. She took all the details and contracts that I had cobbled together and made my wedding day so easy - I can't believe how relaxed I was on my big day. She helped my MIL with her broken shoe, she put the boutonnieres on my nephews, and she came packed with her emergency kit that was referred to MULTIPLE times that day. Her assistant also deserves her own shout out for helping corral all of us, providing that clutch eyelash glue, and helping to keep us on schedule. If you're reading this review and you're on the fence about whether you need a wedding coordinator/planner - the answer is yes and the answer is Alicia.

Hiring Alicia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

As a hyper-organized person who likes to control a process, I initially did not think I would need someone to help me with wedding planning. As the day got closer, it was becoming alarmingly clear that I was wrong. Both my husband and I were the first in our families to get married, and due to uncomfortable family dynamics, we didn't have many unbiased people to lean on as the day approached. We found ourselves asking a lot of questions, facing decision paralysis and staying up at night wondering if there were small things we were missing/forgot.

As soon as we decided to hire Alicia, we both felt a sense of relief. She has amazing tools at her disposal that we took advantage of right away. More importantly, she gave us her undivided attention whenever we needed it. We felt so at ease relinquishing control of many important things to her.

Alicia also showed so much grace when navigating awkward situations within our families. She was the most trusted opinion we had in the weeks leading up to our wedding - even more than friends and family. She went above and beyond to help us with every detail.

Everybody kept saying how calm I was the day of the wedding. I owe 50% of that to the IVs we got that morning (

Alicia was an absolute pleasure to work with for my sister’s wedding. She was calm, efficient, and organized. Her team was fabulous. Every time we needed something, it just magically appeared (water, bandaids, tissues). They were just present enough to be available and helpful, and never felt intrusive or in the way. They were excellent and made such a difference in our enjoyment of the day.

It was so nice to see my sister relax and really be present, since she knew that someone else was handling everything. Definitely a must have for your event.
