Veronica helped me with my destination wedding this year. The wedding was outside of the country and needed periodic coordination. She helped me find a great team at very reasonable prices. Throughout the process, she kept me updated of the progress and was flexible with changes of my plans. She's accessible and realistic with the budget. I would hire her again for future events.
Blue Ivy was incredibly helpful in planning and executing our vision for our perfect wedding. Fr om the design, to the rental logistics, to the day of assistance, the team was instrumental in making sure our big day went off without a hitch. We had a special circumstance in that we held our ceremony in the same space wh ere we were having our reception, so it was very important that we had all hands on deck and that the room was transformed quickly and carefully. Blue Ivy managed the entire turnover and gave us the flawless aesthetic we wanted. Thank you for helping make our dream wedding a reality!

Oh wow, where do I begin? VERONICA YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR!!! It's been exactly 1 month since our wedding day at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, so this is long overdue! Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us!
From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some!
Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that!
By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. She's a friend for life!! I highly recommend her and her team.
In conclusion: Do yourself a favor, stop looking and call Veronica for your big day!

I can't say enough about Veronica and her team at Blue Ivy. We used her unlimited consulting and day of package and couldn't have been happier about it. After just a few Skypes, phone calls or emails, she has this great intuition about you as a couple, what you would like and wouldn't like. She'll help you answer any question - and even sort out personal matters that are wedding related. Her advice and opinion are so helpful throughout the course of planning the wedding. AND I'm sure we saved thousands using her tips on where to find bands, which vendors to use etc...
Veronica and Hannah were amazing resources, so happy, so cheerful and so in command of every item that needed to get done.
Our wedding night was spectacular because I knew it was in Blue Ivy's hands and everything from how we envisioned the flowers, to the tables, to the cues from the DJ, on & on and & was perfect. So worth every penny.
We're so thankful we found Blue Ivy and would highly recommend to any engaged couple!

Although I don't recommend waiting until the last minute to plan a wedding..if anyone can help you its Veronica.
After speaking with her the first time I could hear through her confidence that she had loads of experience.
She knew exactly how to guide me through the process so that not a single thing fell through the cracks.
Then on the day of she was our God send.
Our wedding was so stressfree!!
I did not have to think about a single thing except for my husband.
Even if there were some bumps in the road I had NO IDEA..bc VERONICA took care of it.
She is a quick thinker and amazing and creative problem solver.
And that's the ultimate thing you want in a Wedding Coordinator.. for them to take care of "it".

Fantastic company! They helped me plan an office holiday dinner at the very last moment and really came through for me. Incredible dedication, unbelievably responsive, very impressive, Veronica is a dynamo. One thing that really stands out is her ability to listen to what you're trying to do and then work towards your vision.
Wow. What can I say about Veronica, but she is an absolute dynamo. My new bride and I both work full-time, but are in our 40s and wanted to throw our own wedding. Enter Veronica. And what a wedding she planned. Veronica knows everybody in the business, and so she was able to connect us to all of the best vendors within our budget. We were thrilled with all of our vendors from the florist, to the photographer, to the lighting folks to the wonderful restaurant that hosted our reception. And Veronica even thought of all of the little things such as getting taxi vouchers for our guests who had had a little too much drink to drive home. I can't say how many of our guests have approached us to tell us that ours was the best wedding that they have ever been to. And all of this accomplished while keeping to our budget. Wow.
Hiring Veronica doesn't mean that you kick back and relax until you show up on your wedding day. We had many a 3 hour phone meeting with her to discuss various details that we hadn't thought of and to get counsel on some thorny family matters that come up when you throw a wedding. But we never stressed about the wedding because it was clear from early on that Veronica was going to organize an amazing bash. And in the end, we got the most amazing result from hiring her -- we were able to enjoy our own wedding.
I can't recommend Veronica enough.

Blue Ivy provided "Day of" coordination for my New Years Eve wedding. After planning our wedding for about 6 months and working with a not so responsive coordinator at our venue, my husband and I were feeling really overwhelmed. We decided to seek out some help, which led us to Veronica fr om Blue Ivy. Veronica is no novice to the wedding planning business which was evident from our first meeting. She is incredibly organized and "on the ball" regarding just about everything that you do and don't think of for your wedding. She helped us organize our timeline for the day so that everything went smoothly, and helped see our vision for an elegant New Years Eve themed wedding come to light. Communication with Veronica was always prompt; she is extremely responsive at all hours of the day. Lindsay was our day of coordinator and ran our rehearsal dinner. It was honestly a blessing having Blue Ivy there. They took care of all the day of details including decorations, handing out tips, and even helped us deal with a difficult family member during the rehearsal. There was no confusion about wh ere people needed to be, what time vendors were supposed to show up, etc. Instead of being a frazzled, crazed bride running around trying to make sure everything was in place, dealing with all our vendors and setting up all of our personal touches, I was relaxing in my bridal suite with my girlfriends and family listening to music and getting ready. My phone didn't ring once as everything was directed to Blue Ivy. My wedding day was a stress free dream, and for that Blue Ivy was worth every penny.
My Dad's 90th birthday had been coming up for a while, obviously, but it took me until less than a month beforehand to be able to get a date on which I knew most of the family could make it. Trying to plan the Boston-based party by myself from NY literally had me in tears until I found Veronica Alexandra at Blue Ivy Events. Veronica is a bundle of energy and was able to help me create the theme surprise party of my dreams while still keeping prices as low as possible. Her ideas complimented mine, she called in her connections all over the city, and we managed to pull off an amazing event that everyone who attended will always remember....and that my still vital 90 year old Dad will be able to tell stories about for the rest of his life. As the whole thing unfolded at a record pace, Veronica literally became part of the family. I can't recommend her - or Blue Ivy - enough.
