My fiancé and I had our official engagement photoshoot at Lake Tahoe with Emma. She made our camera-shy selves at ease and made it feel like we were taking pictures with a friend. Her work is pure art and her talent is incredible!!!!
Emma was our photographer for our little elopement ceremony. She captured beautiful photos that I will cherish forever. I’m literally so obsessed I can’t stop looking at them ❤️
She also put a little video together for us that I’m so thankful for. Like other reviews mentioned, she feels like a friend right away!

Emma went above and beyond in capturing our wedding day, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out! From first meeting to day-of, she was constantly making us feel confident and comfortable. Having her at our event didn’t feel like having a stranger take photos - it honestly felt like an having an old friend behind the lens. Not only did she deliver the woodland wedding and fall vibes photos of our dreams, but she also threw in a super 8 video and a couple of Polaroid shots, all because she was testing out some new devices. We seriously lucked out with Emma - if you have a special vision for your upcoming wedding, elopement, or event, you absolutely can’t go wrong with her!
We strongly recommend Emma if you're looking for a friendly, patient, kind, funny, communicative and TALENTED photographer! My husband and I are very uncomfortable in front of the camera, but she really put us at ease (and was also great with our nervous dog). She also has a great network, and recommended a fantastic makeup/hair stylist for me in advance of the shoot. And I know she took THOUSANDS of photos of us, but was still able to turn around the photos pretty quickly! Thank you, Emma, for being such a gem.
I booked Emma for my intimate nautical wedding day on Lake Tahoe, and there aren’t words to describe how perfectly she captured every special moment from that day. Her attention to detail and quality of the photographs were exceptional. She is so warm, energetic and professional. Personally, Emma made me feel very comfortable and at ease despite having the wedding jitters. She made the whole experience so easy and personable. She captured every thing we asked for and more! I highly recommend Emma to be your photographer for your big day!!!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Emma and getting to know her. Having her as your wedding photographer is like making a new friend who's there to hype you up and get you even more excited about life than you already are. She cares SO much about your amazing day and her passion for her work shines through. She's very accommodating and communicates with you frequently. Emma is simply the best! She cares so much about your special day and giving you photos that last for a lifetime. She makes you feel very comfortable at all times, it’s never awkward or weird! She has also been super helpful in helping me find other vendors. She helped me find my make up gal and my seamstress. WE LOVE EMMA! I seriously could go on forever!
Our experience with Emma was truly wonderful. Besides the fact that her photos are simply GORGEOUS masterpieces, she is just an amazing person to be around. Emma took photos of our wedding, and throughout the entire process (constantly changing plans during COVID, high emotions, unknowns and uncertainties), Emma was an absolute GEM - so supportive, a constant rock and a calm presence amid the stressful craziness that a wedding can be. We really couldn't recommend Emma highly enough - she's certainly professional, yet feels instantly like your best friend and biggest fan. Don't hesitate - just book her! <3
Emma was the best wedding photographer i could ever wish for. She made us all feel comfortable, something hard to do when I am already not very comfortable taking pictures. The quality of the photographs were phenomenal. Her communication leading up to the wedding was so helpful. She’s so creative and I would use her again and again.
