Ashley is by far one of my favorite vendors! She is SO incredibly talented. Our wedding isn't even here yet, but I can tell you from our engagement session that she is 1) so sweet 2) very professional 3) gives great direction (especially for those uncomfortable in front of the camera, like us). We love her style and can't wait for her to capture our special day! She is a bit slow to respond to emails, but she's busy because she is SO talented-- so she's worth the wait :)
Ashley's photography is amazing, I could not have found a better photographer to take pictures of my wedding. Her pictures capture an artistic quality that a lot of other photographers miss. I couldn't be happier with the work she did for me and she was great to work with, really putting you at ease. She also has a 2nd photographer taking pictures so that she captures every moment of your day.
We worked with Ashley Maxwell and her husband Jason for our engagement and wedding photographry. Ashely and Jason were very professional and the pictures came out wonderful! Our engagment book came out just the way we wanted it and we can't wait to see our wedding book. Ashley and Jason were perfect at the recpetion making sure to capture the moments that we wanted but not being too pushy with the camera. I would highly recommend Ashley Maxwell Photography! Ashley is a doll and I'd work with her again if I had to do it over.
AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is all I got to say! If you are young and what young, fun yet timeless photos this is your girl! She is one of a kind and if you can book her you will never regret it! Just visit her site and you will be blown away. She also has a blog which is amazing. She such a sweet heart and really gets to know you and makes the photos all about you and your style. I love love love her and have truly found a photographer for life!
We actually picked the date for the wedding when Ashley was available. We had to have her! She was our first vendor and the plans went from there. She is the most creative person we know! The engagement pictures are a piece of art. She captured the love and sweetness of Heather and Kevin and her pictures tell a story. She is vintage/classic. Her pictures are the most beautiful, amazing pictures you will ever see. She is an artist and no two photo ops are the same. Very unique and very gifted. She is as beautiful as her photos. She is fun and easy to work with and cares so much about everyone. We are so looking forward to the wedding pictures but know they will be over the top like the engagement pictures were. LOVE LOVE ASHLEY!!
If you are looking for something different and don't mind walking through a field for the most beautiful pictures she is the girl for you.
I cannot say enough great things about Ashley! She shot my engagement portraits and my wedding. Ashley is friendly, easy to be comfortable around and knows how to pose you & your hunny perfectly. Her use of lighting and perspective create really soft, romantic images. I cannot wait to see the final photos from our big day!!! I know they'll be incredible.

We loved working with Ashley! She was so sweet and really made us comfortable while in front of the camera. She worked to balance what we wanted along with our wedding day schedule to make sure that we stayed on plan while still giving us time to enjoy the entire process. She takes so much pride in her work and it shows in the quality of her work. We can’t wait to see the final products!
