We hired Jessamyn to photograph our wedding and she was AMAZING! Super communicative right off the bat, easy to get along with, and skilled with a camera! I'm used to being behind the camera, not in front of it, and she really put me at ease. All of our guests mentioned how great she was. Bonus: we've kept in contact since because she's such a delightful person!

We had a beautiful destination wedding, and the selection process was a great experience! We narrowed it down to 2 photographers and Jessamyn was the perfect match for us! Her attention to detail, fun and dynamic work style made our event a truly stress free experience! She accommodated to all our ideas and requests! The resulting photographs are mesmerizing!

We hired Jessamyn for our October 2022 wedding in San Francisco. One of our best decisions!! Other than being a talented photographer, as I'm sure you could see from her portfolio, Jessamyn's additional secret power is her "bedside manner." She is a talented communicator, and has the ability to gently and effectively direct our family members and loved ones for our day-of photos. This is no easy task! We had many groups portraits and she did a great job getting folks (some of whom were nervous) to relax and enjoy the day and the portraits. Additionally, we so appreciated Jessamyn's frequent communication with us. She was always easily reachable and would also not hesitate to reach out to us if she had questions on how to make the day successful and fun. She never made it feel like we were bothering her with questions or that she was too busy to consider our requests (I don't think we had very many, but it is nice to be heard!) She also helped us think through things we would not have considered, just simple stuff like who, if needed, can corral guests if we need them for a photo? We appreciated how timely she was in getting us sneak peeks of our photos, as well as our final album. We loved Jessamyn's style, which we found to be natural, candid with "real-life" colors. Everything she laid out in her package of services was executed flawlessly with no deviation. She is a real pro!

Jess was hired to photograph a trip I took to Napa with 12 friends to celebrate my 55th birthday. She showed up with a smile (early I might add to get some landscape shots) and was so easygoing and professional. I wanted a lot of candid shots and boy did she deliver. The photos captured private moments between my guests and myself as well as moments with my friends that I would have missed had Jess not snapped them. What was wonderful was that we barely knew she was there so the photos are so authentic and really capture the emotions of those moments. We did have portraits taken as well and Jess made that playful and fun while utilizing the magnificent scenery of Napa. The end results - the photos - are not only beautiful but they remind me of the joys of that special trip. Lastly and equally as important, Jess was responsive before and after our trip and was quick to edit and turn around the photos. She also helped to put together a wonderful album quickly and with insight. I would use her again and again.

Jessamyn is relaxed, fun and friendly. We had a great experience with her photographing our engagement. My partner and I found her to be the perfect balance of professional and inviting. She was responsive and on-time and even sent us a few sample photos on the night of our shoot (completely unexpected) we loved that! Jessamyn confirmed the location and time we were meeting prior to our session. She was really in control of the situation and had great ideas, we were just along for the ride. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for great photos. We're so happy with our shots. Thank you!

Several years ago Jessamyn Harris was our wedding photographer. When choosing a wedding photographer we looked at many portfolios, and most of them seemed to capture more about the photographer than the people being photographed. We chose Jessamyn because she takes photos that capture the essence of the people being photographed. She is professional, joyful and easy to work with. Our family has since grown and Jessamyn has done several sessions of photographing our family over the past 5 years. She is great with kids and completely willing to get silly to draw a smile out of a little one.

Jessamyn is absolutely amazing. We got connected by our wedding planner and I have become more and more impressed as time has gone on. She was an absolute delight to have at the wedding, very kind, blended right in, felt extremely natural and even volunteered to stay later when we got a little off schedule. The pictures are absolutely PHENOMENAL, and her customer service cannot be beat. The album options are fantastic. I have pretty high standards and I cannot recommend her more highly. You will definitely not regret it.

Jessamyn Harris has taken two family portrait sessions with my family and one just of myself. Jessamyn behind the camera made us feel very at ease. She is kind and very talented. While obviously not being natural models Jessamyn was able to gently suggest poses for my son who was grade school age, my husband and myself to make the photos turn out amazing. I love her ability to work with natural light and her talent to see the shots before they happen. I highly suggest hiring Jessamyn for any of your events or moments you would like to capture!
