8 years I’m Nesrine, Lead Planner & Creative Designer of Philocaly Weddings & Events, a wedding planning and design house based in Marrakech. For the past eight years, I’ve been creating weddings that feel as personal as they are spectacular. Today, Philocaly is recognized as one of Morocco’s leading destination wedding planning & design houses, with work featured in Condé Nast Traveller, Vogue India, Elle Indonesia, Together Journal and Carats & Cake. Events found me early. While still at university in Casablanca, I was already working behind the scenes of major conventions, learning what it takes to move hundreds of people through a seamless experience. I studied marketing with one dream: to work in media and advertising. I made it happen, working alongside media publishers on large-scale events.

I truly don’t know how we would have pulled off our wedding weekend without Nesrine and the Philocaly Events team. Planning a destination wedding in Marrakech from abroad is no small task, and from the beginning Nesrine made the entire process feel manageable.
She helped us navigate so many moving pieces, communicated with our vendors, answered our endless questions, and was always there when we needed her. What I appreciated most was having someone we could genuinely trust on the ground in Morocco. There are so many decisions that go into a multi-day Indian wedding, and it was such a relief knowing she understood our vision and was making sure everything came together.
When we finally arrived in Marrakech and saw everything we had spent months planning come to life, it was honestly surreal. Our wedding weekend was more beautiful than we could have imagined, and we were actually able to enjoy it because Nesrine and her team were handling everything behind the scenes.
Beyond being a great planner, Nesrine is also just a wonderful person. After working together for so long, it really felt like we had a friend there with us. We’ll always be grateful to her and the entire Philocaly team for everything they did to make such an important weekend in our lives so special.

Nesrine worked her magic, transforming each of my wife’s ideas around decor, floral arrangements, activities, and beyond into the best version of reality.
She also helped source an amazing local videographer, cocktail mixologists, and wedding cake designer that imbued our wedding with vivid definition.
Throughout the 3.5 day festivities, the team was extremely attentive and responsive, ensuring close to 100 guests had all of their needs satisfied while taking the best care of my wife and me.
If we were to do it again, we would 100% choose to work with Philocaly! Maybe will throw another party just for the sake of reliving the wedding again.

Nesrine et Ayoub sont super sympathiques et à l'écoute. Ils nous ont aidé à réaliser notre vision pour notre mariage à Marrakech.
