We were in great hands with the help of Lenice, Shermaine and the team! The team was extremely meticulous and we could always count on them, even with the added challenges of having to plan a wedding in Singapore while we lived overseas. They clearly knew the industry, the vendors, and the planning process in-and-out and we could trust their judgement.
They truly helped bring our vision to life and more while working tirelessly to keep everything on track so we had nothing to worry about. We, highly, highly recommend CloudNine - it truly was a fantastic experience

Cloudnine Team, especially Lenice, Kim, and Kym, were an absolute joy to work with.
We engaged them for our actual day coordination, but Lenice went far beyond what we expected. In the months leading up to the wedding, she coordinated directly with new vendors, secured discounts for us, and handled countless details behind the scenes. She was always incredibly responsive, attentive to every little comment or random idea we had, and worked closely with us to bring our dream wedding to life.
I was also absolutely blown away by the tea ceremony planning. From the very beginning, I shared with Lenice that one of the things that drew me to Cloudnine was how incredibly logistics oriented their tea ceremony planning was. As someone who appreciates structure and organisation, seeing how detailed and well thought out everything was gave me so much confidence that we were in good hands. The tea ceremony involved multiple families, locations, timings, and moving parts, yet Lenice mapped everything out so meticulously that it felt effortless on the day. It was honestly one of the key reasons we chose Cloudnine, and they exceeded every expectation we had.
One of the biggest highlights was also her handling of our guest list. We had a rather complicated setup, but she managed everything so seamlessly that it became easy to understand and navigate. It took away so much stress and uncertainty, which we were incredibly grateful for.
On the wedding day itself, Kim and Kym were simply amazing. They kept the energy positive, were constantly one step ahead, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The way Lenice and Kim handled any potential issues behind the scenes gave us so much peace of mind. They made sure all my decorations were properly set up and safely packed away, ensured every vendor was exactly where they needed to be, and kept everything running according to plan.
What I appreciated most was that they never came to us with just a problem. Instead, they always came with solutions. It was never, “This is the problem, what would you like to do?” but rather, “This is the situation, we can do Option B or Option C, which would you prefer?” That approach took away so much stress and mental load, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without worrying about the countless moving parts behind the scenes.
Lenice and Kim also made sure that all the little comments and requests I had mentioned in the months leading up to the wedding were remembered and taken care of. We even had some unexpected guests and last minute dietary requests, and the team handled everything flawlessly. We were so thankful for how calmly and efficiently they managed it all.
Whether it was ensuring my dresses were packed properly, checking that I had the right shoes, or helping with countless little things throughout the day, they were always there when we needed them. Even our bridesmaids felt completely at ease knowing they could turn to them for anything, which allowed them to fully enjoy the celebration instead of worrying about logistics.
What stood out most was how well the entire team worked together. Everyone played an important role, communicated seamlessly, and genuinely cared about making our day special.

The cloudnine team has helped to plan and deliver our wedding to perfection. They are the best decision that we made for our wedding and we owe it to them for how smoothly everything went, they made it completely stress-free.
We held a 140 pax wedding in Singapore just for our family and our parents' friends and that means no bridesmaids and groomsmen to help out with anything. Our wedding venue only permitted activities from 10am-2pm, so we only had 4 hours to fit in for the solemnisation, tea ceremony, lunch, and phototaking.
When working with the team for planning:
Florals: They presented us with 12 different vendors, all with detailed breakdowns (honestly a godsend because it allowed us to make informed decisions and remove elements to manage costs).
Emcee: They shared 6 different emcees with transparent pricing and links to watch previous weddings.
Schedule: We added an entirely new course, so the schedule had to be adjusted multiple times and they handled everything :P Everything was planned down to the minute, with sufficient buffer time to keep us on track despite our tight 4-hour timeline.
Overall, I would say that the team is extremely experienced and there were countless scenarios that I couldn't think of that they brought up to me, and I was amazed. We never had to chase them for anything, and they were extremely organised and they brought up to-dos in advance together with their recommendations & opinions, so that we don't have to be stressed at all. They were also present for our AV testing and even initiated meetings with all our vendors to ensure everyone was aligned.
On the day of the wedding, we enjoyed ourselves fully and we managed to hit the 4 hour duration. The buffer time really helped, especially since many relatives wanted photos with us, and we still stayed on track. I later found out that my band was actually late by an hour, and the team handled it by coordinating with them. Imagine if we had to deal with that ourselves… They truly ran everything behind the scenes like making us look good, setting up tables, and ensuring the AV ran smoothly. Halfway through the wedding, my dad even told me, “They are great,” and my mum mentioned how calm they were. That really reassured us that we made the right choice entrusting them with everything.
Because of them, we were able to be fully present with each other and our guests throughout the day, and truly cherish every moment. This meant so much to us. No couple should feel stressed or overwhelmed on their wedding day, and thanks to them, we didn’t have to.
We highly recommend the cloudnine team for couples who wish to be as happy as us on our wedding day. They are extremely experienced and professional and honestly, now that the wedding is over, we miss talking to them regularly and even just chatting about life.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Lenice and Shermaine were beyond incredible. From the very beginning right up to a few days after the wedding, they were right by our side supporting us emotionally and making all of our dreams become a reality. My husband and I were planning this wedding from overseas so it was quite challenging liaising with vendors and organising everything. Lenice and Shermaine removed all the stress of arranging meetings and even communicating with the vendors on our behalf when it became too overwhelming for us. They were very considerate and super flexible with their time and their response time is excellent, even when they are busy with other brides!
They do genuinely go above and beyond what other wedding planners would do! They gave us recommendations on what would look best for the venue. Helped us make good financial decisions and saved us money wherever they could. They helped me pick my dress (3-4 times ) and even made bouquets for my bridesmaids because it saved us more money. Both of them took the time to learn our vibe and style and we felt so comfortable delegating things knowing they understood our vision. We could not have made our vision a reality without Shermaine and Lenice. They are worth every single penny you spend with them as they return it tenfold in the service they provide. Since the moment we engaged them close to 1 year before the actual date, Lenice was really helpful and kept us on track with reminders on the to-do tasks leading up to the day. She was detail oriented and helped to point out blind spots that we would have otherwise missed without her. Together with Kim, leading up to the date, they kept a close eye on everything and no stones were left unturned - our wedding day went as smoothly as we could have imagined despite some unexpected hiccups we had to manage (not Cloudnine's fault). We had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and all couples getting married.
Lenice and Vanessa were amazing! They guided us through the process and made our wedding day less stressful. They were very organised and assisted with the RSVP website, overall scheduling and decor of the photo-taking table!

We had a pleasant engagement with the CloudNine team for our Dec 2024 wedding. The team stepped in last minute after we parted ways with our previous planner (for the poor and unprofessional service), and in search of a new team to help out our wedding. Lenice and Venessa are lovely, hands-on, detail-oriented, and most importantly, we could feel their dedication and sincerity in making our day smooth and special!
