16 years Natalie and I have been working together for over fifteen years, and over time, we realized we shared a very similar perspective on design, hospitality, and the kind of experience we wanted to create for clients. That shared vision ultimately led to the creation of Kiran + Leigh. Our first weddings were very different from the events we produce today, but we remember being completely hooked by the energy of it all. Today, our work focuses primarily on destination weddings and highly personalized celebrations, that feel both effortless and unforgettable.

Kiran and Leigh; consummate professionals that operate their business with a level of sophistication, class and culture that we don’t often see here in Texas. It’s a breath of fresh air for someone who’s been documenting weddings for nearly 20 years.
I had the privilege of working with Chelsea some time ago and I am vexed by the fact that I hadn’t written this review sooner because my experience with her on our client’s wedding was remarkable. She deserves her flowers!
On the day of our client’s wedding, I was greeted with the friendliest warm smile one could imagine. This may not be an important detail to others but it’s important to me because your planner and their team set the tone for the day. She was neither stressed, bothered nor exasperated as many are by the time I arrive. She orchestrated the entire wedding day with grace and gratitude. The hallmark of a planner and designer who is confident in their abilities and the team they’ve assembled which included the great Birch Event Design. With Chelsea at the helm, if there were any fires to put out, you would have never known.
What really made me happy is that you could tell she had cultivated a great working relationship with our clients, Elle & Chris. They knew that they were in such great hands which afforded them the mental and emotional bandwidth to genuinely enjoy every single moment of their day. This makes my job incredibly rewarding to carry out. I cannot express enough how imperative this level of care and commitment is to the success of a couple’s wedding photos.
Chelsea went above and beyond not only for our couple but for us as vendors. She frequently touched base throughout the day to ensure our day went smoothly. She was present and engaged the entire time.
It was an honor and a privilege getting to work alongside a team who is as passionate about their craft as Kiran & Leigh. If you’re a couple looking for a team that’s going to provide you with impeccable service and experience, look no further.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Chelsea! I had the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of her. She worked her magic and made all of my wedding dreams come true. Chelsea is an amazing planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want Chelsea to plan your wedding! She is a design genius and I loved every single thing she came up with! She respected my input and added her special eye to all my ideas. Our destination wedding weekend in Mayakoba, Playa Del Carmen turned out even better/more flawlessly than I had dreamed it and was planned in only 6 months! From conception to inception they execute every detail precisely, make every event flow smoothly and every guest happy, all with the warmest hearts. Never throughout the process did any one have to ask if something was done, followed up on or negotiated. They had already taken care of it and were following up with ME about it. Coming from a type A client, that says the world about their work ethic and astuteness. I would do it all over again.

Where to even begin!!! Natalie was my planner and she truly made my wedding dreams come alive. From the amazing vendors she knows to all the little details. I was never stressed about a thing and was able to relax the day of the my wedding. I can’t say enough amazing things about her! Natalie is like family to us and always will be. I can’t wait to find another reason to plan a party with her.
