Zach photographed our wedding on December 14, 2019, and we could not recommend him enough! He was calm, flexible and fun to be around - his easygoing demeanor made the day much less stressful, and he had great recommendations for the photos that were taken! We felt very taken care of and knew we were good hands. I told several people after the wedding that in some ways, I didn't even care how the pictures turned out - just having a photographer there that keeps you comfortable and feeling good was so worth it. We received our photos 3 days after our wedding (UNHEARD of to get them back so fast), and they are wonderful!  Zach captured so many moments that we will never forget, and we are so thankful. If you are searching for a photographer in the Chicago area, I would absolutely recommend booking Zach.

One year ago, in a very late season snowstorm,  Zach captured all the beautiful big and small moments of our wedding. Zach was so easy to work and communicate with from day one.  He put me, my husband, and all of our guests at ease and we hardly noticed that we were being photographed. Zach as a person is really kind, cool and has great musical taste. Friends and family still talk about how great he was! I highly, highly recommended Zach for beautiful (and affordable!) photography for whatever occasion you have!

My husband, Nick and I hired  Zach Caddy: Photographer to photograph our wedding ceremony (that was rescheduled *thanks, covid) to October of 2020 and we could truly not be happier with his work. From the moment we signed the contract to the delivery of our finished photos, Zach has been so much fun to work with. During our first look/couple’s portrait portion of the wedding shoot, Zach went above and beyond – he hiked up and down a canyon in dress clothes/shoes to capture some of THE most stunning photos. Zach was so comfortable to be around, he could easily transition between giving us much-needed direction when we were awkwardly giggling and not looking like our cutest selves, to then helping us to burst out into laughter in order to get those more candid-style shots. We didn’t necessarily know much about Zach before booking him, just loved his editorial photography vibe. But boy was it a great decision on our part! In fact, the decision was so nice we did it twice. We are booked with Zach again for our wedding reception (again, thanks covid) in December of 2021!

My husband and I got married shortly before Christmas of 2020 and Zach did all of our photography. He was communicative, efficient, and flexible; making it easy and enjoyable to work with him. We booked him a little over 6 months out, in the height of covid season in Chicago. He kindly stayed with us as we had to change our plans several times leading up to the wedding due to the health climate. He was not a distraction during the ceremony and family pictures were the easiest and most efficient I have ever experienced at a wedding. Both of our families can attest to it being an effortless experience. He knows Chicago well so it was fun to find several spots to take more pictures as a couple and wedding party. Zach has a calm presence about him and engages people warmly. We received our photos in just over a week after the wedding and they are lovely and very true to who we are. We highly recommend Zach to anyone in the Chicagoland area looking for a photographer for their wedding or anything else!!!

After throwing a wedding together with 2 weeks to plan, I'm not sure  what I expected in terms of wedding photos but Zach blew all expectations out of the water. The pictures were absolutely stunning and he did such a wonderful job of not only capturing the joy of the day, but was also a wonderful human to have there at the ceremony, even if it was to take pictures. He is incredibly professional, kind, and easy to work with and did everything he could to accommodate what we wanted, in addition to being incredibly flexible with it all after a few last minute changes. We were so lucky to be connected with Zach for the day and got the most amazing photos to remember our day for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much Zach, I truly don't have words for how much I appreciate you and your handiwork that made our day so incredibly special and allows us to enjoy those memories for years to come.

Zach was wonderful for our vow renewal! He captured all the candids that I didn't know happened. He clearly was quick on his feet and prepared. Our images are beautiful and I'm so happy that we'll have them for years to come! I also want to mention that he delivered the images ahead of the promised delivery time. Anyone who is waiting for images knows that it is the best when you get your images earlier then expected! ❤️

Zach was an absolute pleasure to work with and did an awesome job on a recent couples shoot for me and my husband. It was very easy to connect with Zach and get something on the calendar. We wanted a downtown Chicago shoot and Zach found a beautiful route for us to walk down.  He also helped pose us and gave thoughtful direction throughout the shoot. In addition to his professionalism, he was very friendly and easy to chat with as we walked location to location. About 2ish weeks after we had our shoot, he delivered 80+ edited photos via Dropbox to us. We absolutely love the photos and had the best time working with Zach. 10/10 recommend!!!
