Amazing company. Since I am in school full time, we did the full time planning package-- worth every last penny. Kaitlin was so reliable throughout the entire process, from start to finish. She was realistic about our goals-- whether it was helping us stay within our goal budget or redirecting our ideas to a better means of accomplishing what we envisioned. No detail was forgotten. She was our biggest advocate throughout the whole process and on our wedding day itself. Our day was seamless and absolutely perfect, exactly how we dreamed. I would recommend this service a million times over.

We are so grateful to have had Kaitlin from Its KEE Events as our wedding coordinator. From the moment we began working with her, she was professional, organized, and incredibly supportive. Our top priority for the day was to be fully present with each other and our loved ones, and Kaitlin made that possible in every way. Working with Kaitlin from Its KEE Events was the best decision I made during wedding planning, and that became even more apparent on my wedding day. From the moment we hired her in January for our November wedding, I felt calm, supported, and confident knowing everything was in expert hands.

Kaitlin provided partial planning (the middle tier in her packages), which was absolutely perfect for us. She organized vendor contracts, managed our budget, and kept us on track with monthly phone calls. She thought through details I never would have even considered. Her communication was always fast, organized, and incredibly calming, which made the entire planning process feel manageable instead of overwhelming. She became very familiar and by the time my wedding came, she was a very calming presence for me.

Our wedding included a Catholic church ceremony followed by a 225-person reception at The Bluffs at Conner Prairie, and Kaitlin handled the logistics of a timeline-heavy day flawlessly. She was present for our rehearsal and with us for the entire wedding day, handling everything before, during, and after without us ever having to worry.

One moment that truly shows her dedication: during the week of my wedding, she met me at my job to pick up a last-minute item I decided to add without hesitation.

The most meaningful moment for me was walking into the reception and seeing my vision come to life. Kaitlin listened to me from the very beginning, and even when I wasn’t always clear, she stayed focused on what mattered most to me and my husband. She found vendors that she knew would work well with me and fit in our budget at the same time. Seeing everything come together was emotional in the best way, and I truly could not have done this without her.

Because of Kaitlin and her team at itsKEEEvents, I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day. I was stress-free, present, and happy. Everyone told me that I was such a "chill bride" and I always said that it is because of Kaitlin. She is worth every penny. If you’re an engaged couple, a Type-A planner, an anxious bride, or even on the fence about hiring a planner, book Kaitlin. It will be one of the best decisions you make.

I cannot recommend It's KEE Events enough! From the very beginning, she was so attentive and detail-oriented making sure every part of my wedding day was exactly as I had envisioned. She listened to everything that was important to me, kept me calm through the process, and truly went above and beyond to make the day seamless and unforgettable.

What sets Kaitlin apart is how intentional and personal she is with her clients. Whether it was meeting at a coffee shop to go over the little details, texting her random questions daily, or having scheduled timeline phonecalls, she always made sure to make my event feel important to her. She is a woman of many talents, she helped my husband and me buy our first home through her real estate company during the wedding planning process. Our relationship has gone far beyond our wedding day, and I am so thankful to have found her. If you’re looking for someone who will pour her heart into making your vision a reality , she is your girl!

I could truly write a novel about Kaitlin and her team at It's KEE Events. I received high reviews about her prior to hiring her- but planning a wedding with her over the course of ~15 months, I can say without a doubt she is worth every five star review and every dollar paid. Whenever. we contemplated different additions, she stayed real with us by encouraging us to do what WE wanted but to never do something out of obligation or because "everyone else is doing it". She created a timeline that blew us away- and like everything else in my life, we were running a little behind day of, but she made sure the timeline had buffer room because she is a QUEEN. She coordinated with all of the vendors from day 1 until the venue shut down ... life saver. She truly is the best. She is as involved as you want her to be & not kidding- never didn't have an answer or advice to any question I asked her. I will rave about her til the end of time. I want to have another wedding just so I can hire her again hehe! A planner like It's KEE Events is never a bad idea!
