Two years ago, we began the journey of planning our destination Indian wedding in Cape Town from thousands of miles away, and we can confidently say that choosing Niki and Madri was the best decision we made. Even with a two-year timeline and navigating massive time zones, they were constantly on top of every single detail.
What truly sets them apart is their incredible openness and eagerness to learn. We had specific traditional rituals and unique ceremonies, and Niki and Madri threw themselves into understanding them completely, ensuring every cultural nuance was respected and flawlessly executed. They embraced every date change and pivot we threw at them with absolute grace and professionalism.
The lead-up to our wedding was a whirlwind as a bride, I was relocating to the US, my husband was graduating from medical school, and all of our parents were traveling from overseas. It was an incredibly hectic time for us, but Niki and Madri stepped up and handled absolutely everything on the ground. Madri worked sleepless nights to ensure perfection, yet never failed to check in on us, prioritizing our peace of mind and well-being above all else.
Because of their dedication, our parents were absolutely thrilled with how organized, seamless, and beautiful every single event was. We truly could not have asked for a better team to bring our dream days to life. They are hands-down the absolute best at what they do, and no matter what new tradition or idea you bring to them, they will master it beautifully.

She organised a beautiful outdoor tent setup that ended up being even better than our original plan, having everyone together in one space made the atmosphere so special. Her coordination with vendors and management of the timeline was flawless. A standout for us was the envelope wall - it looked absolutely AMAZING and was identical to our inspiration picture. We were beyond happy with how it turned out.

My husband and I got married late last year. Niki was a real partner throughout the process, helping us to plan the wedding from abroad over many months.
