We truly cannot recommend Alyssa enough. She did our wedding pictures, and also photographed our engagement shoot, and from day one she was reliable, incredibly talented, and such a joy to work with.

She made me feel completely comfortable in front of the camera, and somehow managed to meet all of my very picky husband’s photography demands (which says everything ). With very little direction, she instantly understood our vision and brought it to life in a way that exceeded anything we imagined.

Our photos are beyond beautiful, they literally look like they belong in a magazine, yet still feel so original and authentically us. I am absolutely in love with every single shot.

Choosing a photographer to capture our wedding was one of the hardest decisions, until we found Alyssa. After our first phone call with her, I knew she was the one. She is truly passionate about her craft, and that passion shows in her work. The photos she delivered are timeless, images we loved the moment we saw them, and love even more each time we revisit them.

Her communication throughout the entire process was incredible. She asked all the right questions to understand what was important to us and was intentional about making sure our vision came to life. We shared a Pinterest board with inspiration for both our engagement shoot and the wedding day, and she thoughtfully incorporated that aesthetic into the final product.

Scheduling our engagement session was seamless, and we received our full gallery (including beautiful film shots) within two weeks. Although we initially felt awkward in front of the camera, Alyssa put us at ease within minutes with her kind direction and eye for natural poses. We ended up using those engagement photos on our wedding website and got so many compliments.

When it came to the wedding day, Alyssa was more than just a photographer, she was a calming and supportive presence. From helping ease my nerves before walking down the aisle to staying flexible when our timeline shifted, she handled everything with grace. She struck the perfect balance of blending into the background to capture spontaneous, raw moments while also stepping in to guide us for beautiful editorial-style portraits. Our final gallery was dreamy, and I still look at the photos weekly, even five months later.

On top of all that, Alyssa’s pricing is competitive. Photography is a big investment, but it was absolutely worth it. We even extended our coverage and added a second shooter (one of Alyssa’s associates, who we also adored).

The service Alyssa provides, both in her client relationships and her photography, is truly outstanding. We can’t wait to work with her again in the future for family or maternity sessions!
