I’m a sucker for everything romance, but I was very much against being a wedding photographer before I tried it. Once I did, though, it was game over. Four years and 60+ weddings later and It still feels like the morning of graduation every damn wedding. I love the buzzing energy of a wedding day. Emma offered us a pre-wedding photoshoot, which was awesome as she captured some great photos of us relaxed in our home, which we could use in our invitations. More importantly, this calmed our nerves about getting photographed on the big day. Emma gave us some tips around posture that made a big difference!
On the day, Emma facilitated a first look in Phoenix Park and picked the perfect location. She didn't order us around, instead allowing us to simply have a nice time, which has resulted in some great candid moments. When the time did come to have some posed photos (e.g. Family etc) Emma was prompt and professional. During the ceremony, Emma was present but not obtrusive.
Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend!
Firstly, Emma’s website so very inclusive and doesn’t follow the same cookie-cutter structure of “bride and groom” that a lot of competitors follow.
Secondly, her photography style was exactly what we wanted for the photos as they felt relaxed and not overly staged. When we finally met Emma, we understood why; Emma put us at ease and really listened to us.
Also, we didn’t want engagement photos but Emma offered it as part of the package and we highly recommend it as a test run for the big day.
On the wedding day, Emma again brought an ease to the day and was a total pro dealing with the larger family photos (including small kids).
We highly recommend working with Emma; you won’t be disappointed!
From the initial consultation, Emma was incredibly attentive to our needs and was able to capture the essence of our vision for our wedding day. She was professional, prompt, and really went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the results.
On the day of the wedding, Emma was able to capture all of the special moments, both big and small, without being intrusive or distracting. She made everybody feel at ease, even those who were a little camera shy! The final photographs are absolutely stunning, and we have received so many compliments on them.
Emma has a real eye for detail and was able to capture all of the little details that made our wedding day so special. The quality of the images is outstanding, with perfect lighting, composition, and color balance.
