Coming from a family with an extensive film background, Tulgar has been editing since he was 13-years-old.  After receiving his degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey with honors in Fine Arts/Visual Arts, Kaan spent over a decade perfecting his skills in the art of wedding cinematography and special event videography. His true desire lies in the privilege of capturing people's most remarkable days.
