Hiring Tamara and Tiziana (GAEA.DESIGN) was the single best decision we made for our wedding in Crans-Montana, Switzerland this July. They combined creative vision with calm, detailed planning and turned an already stunning alpine setting into something truly unforgettable.
Fr om the beginning, they listened carefully and translated our story into a cohesive design that carried through every touchpoint, from the ceremony on the mountain to the very last candle burning at night. They handled venue and vendor coordination, timelines, and complex logistics with total precision, making a destination wedding in the Swiss Alps feel effortless rather than stressful for us.
They orchestrated one of the most magical ceremony experiences we’ve ever seen by privatizing gondolas to bring our guests to the top of the mountain, transforming the journey itself into part of the celebration. Up there, they created a setting that felt modern yet timeless, with design and florals that framed the views instead of competing with them, all while gracefully navigating ever-changing mountain weather and last-minute adjustments without us feeling an ounce of stress.
Back at LeCrans, they completely transformed the hotel lobby into a full blown late-night dance party, seamlessly flipping the space from refined alpine elegance to an intimate, energetic night club wh ere our guests danced until the early hours. The flow, lighting, and layout were so thoughtfully planned that it felt like the hotel had been built for that exact night.
What sets Tamara and Tiziana apart is how they balance bold creativity with flawless execution. They anticipated needs before they arose, solved problems quietly in the background, and allowed us to be fully present with our friends and family. Our guests still talk about how deeply personal and “us” the entire celebration felt, and that is entirely thanks to them. We had a wonderful experience with Tamara and Tiziana organizing our daughter Maddie’s wedding. We live in the USA and have no idea how we would have pulled off such an amazing wedding without them. We met weekly over zoom and Tamara thought of all the details. Small touches we would not have thought of like having an accordion (hand organ) serenade us on train in between the ceremony and reception was delightful. The flowers were beautiful and location they suggested could not be beat. We had 37 people fly in from Texas and they even helped us coordinate restaurants when we were in town. We also stayed within budget which was an added bonus. We have had guests comment it was the best and most fun wedding they have ever been to. Thank you so much Tamara and Tiziana for making Maddie and Jared’s wedding so special.
Gaea Design took all the stress away from trying to organise a wedding overseas. They were always available to us and very responsive which is so important when planning an overseas wedding.
On the actual day Tamara was a gem, I was able to spend the whole time with friends and family and not stress about any details know that everything was under control.
The wedding was beautiful, Gaea found the best vendors to make all the guests cry and then have a great party to finish it.

We travelled from Ireland to Switzerland in June 2022 for our wedding organised by Gaea Design. Our original wedding date was postponed due to the Covid pandemic. Gaea helped us to navigate through this with such ease and corresponded with our vendors so we had very little to do.
